Did part 2 of that interview w/ Florio ever surface?

All we need now is the guy from University of Vermont to come out and explain his email was a question to AEI not the debunking of AEI or support of Exponent that Volin is claiming it is.

Yes, seems like he simply had a question as one thing didn't add up to him but in no way was it debunking AEI or supporting Wells. I doubt he even knows it is being used that way. Michael J DeSarno, Email Address(es)[email protected]

Florio hit on it and the point has been raised before, but the NFL needs to explain why they went with Exponent. Even before Thornton's story today, they're basically the firm you would retain if you want to present a scientific study that shows that water isn't wet.

I don't think the NFL can claim that Wells decided to go with them and since he was "independent," they never knew. Jeff Pash was co-leader of the investigation along with Wells. Even if he didn't recommend or select Exponent, it's impossible to believe that Pash didn't know what kind of firm they are and how using them would reflect on the NFL.

I'm cautious by nature, but I have to say this has to be "game over", boys! (and girls).

There is no way the NFL can keep this out of court, and they certainly don't want all this dirty laundry aired in public. The only way out is to reverse all sanctions -- both Brady and team. Anything less and this doesn't go away -- and they have to make it go away NOW.

I'm sorry but we are no where near game over. In fact the game hasn't started yet. But I think we've finally arrived at the stadium. But we've been forcibly removed before so I'm still leery.

Key point I want to make is the Exponent report is dated May 6 as is the Wells report. This is far more significant than it first seems as the Wells report was to be in part based on the Exponent report. This clearly shows that there was collusion between Wells and Exponent and there was a back and forth prior to this May 6th date delivery. If Exponent had been an independent report free from Wells influence, their report date would have preceded the Wells report so the Wells report could be written based on it. The Wells report includes a ton of data from the exponent report dated the same day. This is collusion and to me shows the Exponent work was far from independent of Wells.

If you have someone please send it. This is actually very big. Exponent report dated same date yet Wells report has tons straight from Exponent report. This proves they were working together and Exponent did not do an independent analysis. They were hand in glove with Wells.

I'm a nobody who knows no one and barely knows what the hell is going on with this mess lol. Contact Ian maybe I don't know.

This is Rodger Goodell, defender of integrity. Never you mind the fact that he was essentially called a liar by a judge in the Ray Rice case. Never you mind that the NFL under Rodger is going to have to defend itself from a charge of contempt of court in the Peterson case. Never you mind that the Wells investigation was run jointly by Pash and the 'independent' Mr. Wells. Never you mind that the Patriot were found 100% innocent of any knowledge of wrongdoing, yet were subject to the loss of multiple draft picks and a million dollars. Never you mind that neutral party after neutral party has said that there is no case here, but that Rodger will decide against Brady anyway. Never you mind.

It isn't game over until Rodger Goodell says it's game over. Because it's all about integrity, you see.

This is quite interesting. We need some sort of verification on that. It may be they tagged both the same date? I'm more with you it does seem odd because we heard for weeks they were "writing" the report. Would seem to be odd that if that's true then they shouldn't be the same date. Wonder how to get verification of that?
