.) Why, when the PSI of the Patriots footballs was known at halftime, did the NFL choose to hide that through the Super Bowl and only released the info AFTER the Wells Report had done it's best to cherry pick information to make the Patriots look guilty?
.) Why, when false information was being leaked by NFL Headquarter sources, did the NFL choose NOT to IMMEDIATELY correct (or simply state it was false) the information as they so often do (and did when info leaked that Brady's hearing would be limited to four hours)
.) Why, did the OFFICIAL NFL statement on the PSI of the footballs, AFFIRM this knowingly false information in a letter to the Patriots issued by NFL Senior VP David Gardi to the Patriots on 1/19, prior to Brady's press conference, stating that NONE of the footballs were properly inflated and one was even 2 lbs low - when the NFL KNEW that was not true.
.) Why did Ted Wells and the NFL publicly affirm that the NFL itself would be included in the investigation, including an investigation to the sources of misinformation to the media and to the Patriots, as well as a look into their standard operating procedure relevant to football security, not to mention the road game, coincidentally against the Jets yet again, where footballs were reportedly inflated to a whopping 16 psi- and then avoided each and every one of those areas which could only make the NFL appear culpable?
.) Why did and does the NFL (and the media) continue to decline to document football preparation protocols for EVERY NFL team, much in the same way that the NY Times did with the Giants in 2013. Note that the Skiba Brothers openly state that they would NEVER let the footballs out of their sight (which presumably includes taking them to the Men's room with them on Game Day)

.) Why, when the NFL and Ted Wells happily accept all of Walt Anderson's "best recollections" regarding his actions on that day, does Ted Wells and the NFL suddenly conveniently assume that his "best recollection" is wrong when Anderson, a 25 year NFL veteran official, says his best recollection is that he used a gauge with a Wilson logo on it?
a.) Why, when NFL officials openly state they lacked the time to simply stick a needle gauge in all 12 Colts footballs during ALL of halftime, do they persist in promoting the belief that McNally, an individual who has compatriots on EVERY NFL team, was able to PERFECTLY DEFLATE 12 footballs in one minute 40 seconds?
.) Why did New York native and NFL head of officiating Dean Blandino LIE about being told before the game about the deflation allegation and sting operation which followed? (Blandino's statements conflict with the statements of Grigson, Harbaugh and Pagano (all of whom have their own close ties) and suggest at the very least a scheme to disrupt Brady's performance in the AFC Championship game, or at worse a scheme to libel and slander the Patriots in general
.) Why did former Jet President and current NFL VP of Game Operations Mike Kensil, who was jilted by Belichick when he resigned as HC of the NYJs, and reportedly has always held a grudge against the Patriots, state to Patriots personnel that they were “in big f’ing trouble” because “we weighed the footballs” when the PSI of the footballs indicated there was no tampering?
a.) What role did Kensil play in crafting the 2006 "sideline camera" rule which was implemented shortly after he left the Jets and joined the NFL, and what role did Kensil play in enforcing that rule in a game, coincidentally against the Jets, and what role did Kensil play in the NFL's (over)reaction to the violation of this new rule?
.) Why, once it had been established that no unusual deflation of the footballs occurred, was Brady's personal emails and cell phone data required by investigators - and why do they PERSIST on requiring that information now that numerous scientific analyses affirm that no unusual deflation took place, severely penalizing Brady and the Patriots well beyond previously established criteria that would be relevant ONLY if an infraction actually occurred?
.) Why did the Wells Report conveniently ignore the statements, testimony and evidence presented to them, as outlined in the "Wells Report in Context" which, when combined with all the above information, prove that not only was it "more probable than not" that there was no deflation, but that it was "more probable than not" that there was a conspiracy at the highest levels of the NFL Headquarters to frame the Patriots?
Those are just the first 10 off the top of my head.
All of them paint a picture that I believe provides both direct and circumstantial evidence that special interests within the NFL headquarters have an anti-Patriots agenda that have altered or attempted to alter game outcomes (including the 2007 Super Bowl, as well as the 2014 AFC Championship) and undermine the integrity of the game.
Goodell is either party to that, or is ignorant of the activities of those who work for him. Either way the current state of Goodell's NFL presents a major crisis to the integrity of the game and strikes me as grounds to have Goodell and most if not all of his underlings, fired.
