I think I'd like to be a lawyer representing the two ball attendants.
I bet you'd like to give two ball attendants your complete attention.

If what I heard today is true, Mike Kensil no longer has an office at 345 Park. Hes quiet
I misspoke. He is still employed by the NFL but his office of several years at 345 is no longer occupied. No, he's still there. There was a twitter back and forth about how he was spotted coming out of the building at around 5:45pm during the appeal and someone thought it was odd for him to be there. Breer or Volin or someone answered - - not odd, that's his office location.

With that said they just as easily could have moved in an office reconfig. Dont know.
We are talking about something different. The feeds say he left at 545. I get that. I am saying that he still works for the NFL and was present during the hearing but is not occupying the same office as he had.RW, the twitter convos were all about that he worked THERE, hence the reason he was exiting that office building on Tuesday at 5:45pm.
Absolutely correct about the Patriots and the NFL office. Common sense and the typical course of events would lead one to conclude that most people would look at this fiasco and think that the league screwed this up, the Patriots/Brady took a hosing and things will be better for them from now on. Wrong. The media everywhere, including here, the fans everywhere outside of NE and the general public think what happened was just and deserved. This franchise is f###### for the foreseeable future. I wish that weren't the case, but it is.Other than Robert Kraft everybody this side of my golden retriever knows this was a setup and that his capitulation still leaves the Patriots with a massive issue in the league office. The next time they're taking a PR hit good old Bobby will get bent right back over.

Settling out of court is a common occurrence but I agree, this doesn't sit well with me either. They are negotiating on the premise that TB12 is guilty- not innocent. Here's another thought. If ...IF as reports indicate, Goodell is willing to cut the suspension but only if Brady waives his right to sue, it seems unethical. Then it becomes a negotiation, not an appeal. The appeal should be, " we looked at the evidence and feel the punishment should stand or be lessened" not " hey we will shorten the punishment but only if you don't sue." That was what Browner agreed to and got a full year reduced to 4 games. If you're Brady and innocent you use that when you go to Federal Court. I do 't it is anywhere in the CBA that the player can be coerced into giving up his rights on appeal.

Keep wondering if this anger will ever go away?
I can't imagine Brady not getting suspended if he texted his junk to a female reporter.
What the consequences would be if the Pats pumped in crowd noise?
Salary cap violations?
Tampering? Right Woody?
Footballs in ovens?
The way this whole investigation/witch hunt went down?
It's all enough to fuel the hatred and give credence to the article.
I hate to take this us against the world mentality but it just seems like it is never going to end. Screw all them jealous ****s. I'm tired of the stupidity of it all and hope with my core that they come back and repeat. Stick it right up their cram holes So to speak.
That's right, every game from opening day when they announce the Patriots it will be preceeded by Super Bowl champions. Suck on that for the rest of the year into February the following year haters.
Greatness at its finest right before your eyes and most are too blind with jealousy to sit back and admire it. GFY and we will talk in another 10 years after it settles in how great Brady and Belichick were and we will compare the dynasties. Hopefully your heads will be clear by then and we may be able to have a relevant conversation.
I can't imagine a female reporter complaining about it if such a thing happened.Keep wondering if this anger will ever go away?

I can't imagine the fanboys on the board complaining either....I can't imagine a female reporter complaining about it if such a thing happened.

What am I wondering? If he was demoted during this mess. I do tend to doubt it though.
His office was moved but is in the same building, probably got a promotion, i mean this time he got us for a crime that didn't even HAPPEN at least #CameraHate happened.

However the response by TB12 should be, "Ok, I won't sue as long as my suspension is vacated, the commissioner publicly exonerates me and says nothing happened and the team reduces/eliminates the sanctions vs the Patriots. If this is not reasonable, I will not sue. If this is not, see you in court.".
