Pessimism about court case chances (ESPN)

Brady and his lawyers should prepare for court. PERIOD. THE NFL IS A CORRUPT ORGANIZATION. TAKE THEM TO COURT AND EXPOSE THEM. The league is being run by dishonest people.
I'm sick of this ****.

This one letter http://wellsreportcontext.com/nfl-letter-to-patriots/ on Jan 19th from a SVP of the NFL contains two major lies, that the Patriots ball was 10.1PSI and that the Colts balls were all 12.5 plus. This letter and the NFL need to be investigated as it seems like the NFL attempting to tamper with the Patriot's preparation for the SuperBowl by having them chase down lies. Is someone in the NFL betting big on the SuperBowl? I think the authorities need to look into this.

Tanguay - this guy is absolute in his opinion that Brady cheated during the AFCC

they assume to know much, but really don't know anything at all...

I just keep shaking my head at this. Beyond Wells's own (errantly) stated "generally aware" conclusion, what do these people cite as remotely credible proof when they say this stuff?

Brady's actual phone calls with Jastremski, the actual joking texts about deflation, plus both real and imaginary texts from Brady himself to the ball guys.

What's the difference so many mediots are predicting Brady won't go to court because he has always been a team first guy. Of course what they are missing is that he leaves money on the table and is so agreeable to work with the team because he is concerned about his legacy. And that is what this whole fight is about.

It just occurred to me that Brady might have called Jastremski in the wake of the false reports that the balls were 2 psi under in the interest of figuring out what might have happened.

NFL is going down. Hard.

Hell yea. from the letter the NFL sent Jan 19, they said they were 10.1 which would mean someone did something. The NFL totally ***** the Patriots here, gave fake evidence and left Brady and the Patriots hanging. Imagine being Brady, hearing from the NFL that it was 10.1 which means someone did something then getting that media storm where that woman asks what about the children. The NFL is getting off way to easy for lying to the Patriots here http://wellsreportcontext.com/nfl-letter-to-patriots/

Oh by the way, 10.1 would have been what they were in the Raven game which was a much colder day.

Yea, mind numbing is the only way to describe it. Wait you mean Brady, after the nfl leaked pure lies to the media to call him a cheater for deflating balls right after a championship game, called his equipment manager to figure out wtf was going on!? VERY SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR!!

Simply unreal
