It's easy, and only takes a few moments."The real issue here is why Roger Goodell is in position to vet out punishment and be the person who reviews his own decisions. It makes no sense. This has to do with the impotency of the players' union.
The sad thing about all this is Brady shouldnt need to have any attorneys for this -- the punishment should've been reversed as more evidence came out without the need for a hearing.
Thats another lie which the nfl didnt care to address. And Ted wells was supposed to review the nfl's work too but nothing of that sort is in the report but goodell had the gall to say "wells addressed that"I totally get this. This letter http://wellsreportcontext.com/nfl-letter-to-patriots/ from the NFL says it is 10.1 PSI and if it was it would mean it was tampered with or mismeasured at the start. NFL out and out lies
Will your surprise part of the case makes it's way to the public today?I totally get this. This letter http://wellsreportcontext.com/nfl-letter-to-patriots/ from the NFL says it is 10.1 PSI and if it was it would mean it was tampered with or mismeasured at the start. NFL out and out lies
If the hearing shows that the investigator's conclusion and science was wrong, then I don't see how how Brady can be punished for not fully cooperating (by withholding private non-football communications) from someone shown to be highly biased -- it just proves that Brady not only had a right to withhold his phone, but had good cause to not trust the investigator.

Brady's legal team is in the middle of the hearing. If they were the ones who leaked these letters, it was yesterday or this morning, well before the NFL put out a statement trying to refute the (apparently accurate) information contained in them. Pretty incredible that Adam Schefter had the evidence on hand to publicly demonstrate that his sources are reliable and verifiable, really.Kessler exposes gregie fun stuff, let the battle of the leaks begin.
League spokesman Greg Aiello tweets to us that there is no strict four-hour time limit, and that Brady’s presentation is expected to go beyond that mark.
Perhaps 11 of the 12 clocks at ESPN were mistaken.

Yes but those matter if the team fights. Brady's defense is only lumited to the science and him explaining the texts. What all crap nfl did will come if a defamation or some other suit is filed I think.Of course I have not much idea of legal stuff so Iam most likely off.THAT is crux of the matter!!!!!!
The NFL in TWO instances, purposefully gave out incorrect PSi measurement information to the press and privately to the Patriots:
1) The leak to Mort
2) the official letter to the Patriots
Both were instances where the NFL knew full well what the measurements were, yet disseminated misinformation.
Game. Set. Match.
Any court in America could clearly see that the "investigation" was a frameup simply based on that clear truth.
