Being Jewish myself (although more atheist in reality), Kraft's surrender statement on Deflategate hit a chord with me. What he was saying is essentially that the majority is always right, and it's not our duty to protect and defend the oppressed, even if justice is on their side. Yes, I realize this is a game and Tom Brady is a multi-millionaire, but that doesn't change Kraft's principles. His statement was so cowardly that, to me, this guy should not be considered a hero by anyone.
Let's listen to what the other 31 fanbases want... oh, they want blood! Okay then, I'll feed Tom to the dogs. After all, I want to keep the power structure in tact and not put in jeopardy my standing in the world of billionaires.
As a minority with Jewish roots, a group who have been persecuted for centuries, it is appalling that Kraft would take such a cowardly, self-serving stance and uphold the will of the irrational, unjust collective majority over the rights of the individual.
