Who could forget. Except Fryar's knife incident was not during the off-season--that was the playoffs.

But we did not find out about it until after, but you are right. Zeke Mowatt was pre-season though, or am I mis remembering it.

Yeah, Zeke sexually harassing a reporter was in Sept for which-- back in the day-- Tags fined him $12.5K while the team was fined $50k.

This isn't some stupid ball deflated by the cold and handled by 20 people besides Tom Brady, so I don't buy the "reports can be wrong!" thing. If that is the car in the pictures, there would be deer guts somewhere and I see nothing. If the driver ran, it was because he was doing something he shouldn't have been while driving...I'd guess drinking or smoking pot.

The only thing we don't know is if Spikes was driving. He COULD have lent his car to a friend, athletes have crews and from everything I've read and heard they often loan there cars out to friends for whatever reason. So maybe Spikes is innocent of all this.

If he did hit that car...can you imagine what went through his mind? Maybe he thought they were dead. Maybe he made a dash to the woods and ran for a looong time...scared as hell. Chances are he called someone to pick him up on some desolate street. I wonder if it was another player? Is he injured? Maybe he doesn't show up at Gillette for a bit to let his wounds heal.

It's all speculation...I just hope the truth comes out soon.

I'm sure Goodell is all over this like a monkey on a cupcake.

his new cellmate will be his univ. florida brother, aaron hernandez.

IF he hit a deer and the deer was nowhere to be found, the Patriots need to track down that deer and sign it.
