What if Brady hadn't thrown the first SB pick?

Go watch when Amendola got hit I think it was against the Saints in 2013. Now that is someone that you know has a concussion and needs to be removed from the game.

Edelman took the shot and got up immediately and ran 20 yards.

If Brady didn't throw that first pick, Patriots would've won the game instead of winning the game.

In other words, still would've won.

Unquestionably? Unquestionably not concussed. This was another media driven anti-Pats thing which was leaked out by some NFL stooge that was mad the Pats won and to implement this thing that now if a player takes a shot to the head an NFL stooge can remove him from the game.

Without mentioning it was helmet to helmet. Will the Doc be able to call 15 yarders? :)

Pats would have scored sooner and Edelman would have gotten Lane eventually :D

Pats win but media and haters have less things to cry about.

According to the competition committee, Edelman was concussed. Hence the ability of docs to call a timeout to evaluate a player this year.

If ya can't beat em, cheat em.

Yeah they say Edelman was concussed but it was Chancellor that got up dazed and confused. Edelman kept on running and Chancellor just stood there.

If Brady doesn't throw that pick they get fined 2 million and lose two first rounders.

I am more interested in what would have happened if Brady hadn't thrown that pick against the Colts. Would the sting operation on the ball PSI still have gone forward even without the 'evidence' or would we have avoided all of this hell? That question will haunt me because it might have been the most damaging interception in the history of the sport.

The sting was in place, the int merely provided a convent lie to hide the sting. Remember the lie told by Blandino the week after the game.

If it was not deflate gate it would just be something else because if the league can penalize a team for the crap that was in the wells report they would find something else to punish them with. Even by not taking the jets tampering seriously they indirectly punished the pats.

"It's fun for ages 8 to 80 - join us!"

All I know is everytime the Legion of Boom touched the ball it was the Patriots offnese laying the boom by taking out two of their defenders.

Yeah the whole Edelman/concussion controversy is a joke. Watch the mic'd up, watch him play after that play. Dude was 100 percent fine. Hell watch that hit in slow motion, his shoulder took most of the impact. if anything chancellors head took a must of the impact. But no one complains about him staying in the game.

Plus, Edelman just barely went down. He's an amazing player on an amazing team with a just as amazing QB, TE and HC. I don't know if the NFL can make enough rule changes or punish them enough to stop them. I'm sure they'll try though.

Wouldn't it be something if the Pats repeated again this season after stopping the Seahawks repeat last season? What would the NYFL do then?

All I know is every time the Legion of Boom touched the ball it was the Patriots offnese laying the boom by taking out two of their defenders.

It seemed like the Seahawks defensive players were banging into each other all night. The Pats offense had them off balance and out of position most of the time.

Brady was his usual incredible stuff down the stretch and Butler sealed it with the greatest defensive play in NYFL history.

I'm getting that grin again. The one which if my wife walks by will draw a "what's so funny" from her.
