Deflate-hate has been milked for all it's worth, so we're on to Chip Kelly's racism.

Up next on Outside the Lines: Why did the Patriots make Chip Kelly racist, and was Tom Brady aware? Kelly Naqi investigates.

Almost identical jokes have been made in every thread so far. Please move on.

Also I belive McCoy had around a 12 million dollar cap hit, and they signed Murray and Ryan Matthews, TWO black RBS at a fraction of what McCoy was making.

As the franchise that has taken the most unwarranted abuse from the NFL*, we'll soon see Eagles fans here looking for fans who understand what they are going through.

Traded a black RB for a young black, potential stud LB and then signed 2 more black RBs to replace the previous black RB.

RACIST!

yup..he's Irish...all Irish are racists...just ask LaDuncington,Suggly, JackazzFace Sharpe and Peepoo Mushmouth Faulk.

The Falcons have let go of Price Shembo because he punted his (now ex) girlfriend's dog (a five pound Yorker).

This would make the Falcons REPEAT dog killing offenders, I expect them to lose a first and a fourth round pick!!!!

seriously the Pats should sign Shembo, Peterson, McDonald, et al and then start the FU league tour!

I have been amazed that the Patriots have never been accused of racism. the majority of the offense is white and 3 (counting gronk) of our receivers are white.

Thanx a lot!

Now you've given the NFEL* an idea of where to attack the Pats next if they still continue winning.

Uh, why do you think the organization is constantly savaged by every African American ex-jock and sports writer in the country? Of course, you cannot label "white hate" as racism. Only whites can be racist.Jason Whitlock routinely smears the Patriots with racist tinged remarks.Wilbon routinely goes beserk on Brady and his "too white" life. The National Association of Black Journalists sports a membership that have shown continual rage and animosity specifically aimed at the NEP. ESPN's Freddie Coleman is as pernicious a bigot as there is on sports radio today, yet always couched under the guise of "impartiality". Marshall Faulk, Ray Lewis, LaDainian Tomlinson, Shannon Sharpe etc etc..ALWAYS delivering that edginess of hatred and bigotry.

People just refuse to talk about it and SAY it is what it is...but that doesn't make it any less real. If any white person said anything about Cam Newton even remotely close to what has been uttered by these aforementioned black sports "journalists" about Tom Brady, for example...there'd be a national conflagration of nuclear proportions led by Rev Al and Stephen A Smith.

Don't fool yourself, there is a decidedly racist undercurrent to the hate leveled at the Patriots nationwide since this flabbergasting nothingness about deflation first broke. What keeps it somewhat beneath the surface is the outright classist bigotry of the rest of this country constantly leveled at the northeast. Too white, too educated, too wimpy, too effeminate, too spoiled, too arrogant and yes, too racist. You all see it and hear it every single day.

My favorite is the LA fans who have hated on the Celtics for years for being "too white". 2008 was awesome, not only did we beat them in the finals, but the Celtics were led by a guy from Inglewood, so they couldn't even fall back on their favorite criticism. Most of them just ended up complaining about KG.

You hit this one out of the park man

Deep cut, above.
Had to google this one. Thanks!

In 1979, having graduated the University of Alabama with no ambition more worthwhile than becoming a sportswriter, I had occasion to meet Ben Chapman—the "Alabama Flash," as we knew him—during a college baseball game at Rickwood Field in Birmingham.

"You ought to come over and interview me sometime," he said. "I'll tell ya some stories."

"I'll bet you could," I thought to myself. I knew Chapman only by reputation. He had been a pretty good ballplayer on the Ruth-Gehrig Yankees and then later with several other teams, but he was remembered for his savage heckling of Jackie Robinson in Robinson's first year in the major leagues, 1947, when Chapman was manager of the Philadelphia Phillies.

LSD in the groundwater...HAS to be.

Actually, that would improve things. I've been fortunate never to have had a bad Trip, including my years in the USMC when I partook of the blotter along with some of our Dark Green Marines.
Good times, good times...
