oh look Matt Cooke doing Matt Cooke things. At least he's out of the playoffs now

Yeah I don't want to see Chicago win another Cup (or Anaheim either), but seeing that scum Cooke not succeed is a very very very small bit of Justice.

i think the rangers are going to take the cup home.

These Conference Finals playoff series have been great. The best Finals would be the Rangers versus Black Hawks, but I have a feeling it will be Tampa versus Anaheim. Anaheim's goalie was terrible last night, and that may be their undoing if they make it to the Finals. I know Lundquist is great, but Bishop can more than hold his own and carry his team to the Cup.

Yeah it wouldn't surprise if Tampa clinches the series tonight. The difference btwn their scoring capabilities and the Rangers' is greater than the difference btwn Bishop and Lundquist.

And Anaheim is better than Chicago, but until last night the Blackhawks have been the luckiest team in the POs.

I guess I was premature on my assessment of Bishop. As for Chicago, they are extremely talented. Yes, they had been incredibly lucky thus far this year in all their previous overtime games. But if you want to talk luck, they had more than their share of it against the Bruins in the Cup Finals a couple of years ago. As for Anaheim, it looks like their weak link is Andersen. Everywhere else they are very talented.

Yeah I thought Tampa would seal the deal last night. Still wouldn't surprise if they win Game 7 at MSG.

Update: Feckin Rags, they blow their collective load in game 6 and have nothing left for game 7.

Since I'm new to following hockey, in the absence of the Bruins in the playoffs, I root for whatever Florida team is there. That's been the Lightning. I was in Tampa during the conference finals and that city is going nuts right now.

This has all the ingredients to be an epic finals ...

I really cannot choose who I prefer to win ... will be highly entertaining to watch.

sometimes not having a preference is a good thing .........

The Lightning **** the bed...

Still can't get over that tip. I have CHI in game 2...losing like that for a young team...not good...

I agree, but that's what happens when you play not to lose like Tampa did in the 3rd period. They looked like the Ruins out there by dumping the puck, changing lines and applying no forecheck. Idiots.

Chicago in 5...MAYBE 6 is my guess...just too experienced. However TB looked VERY fast...fast enough to pressure CHI a lot more then we did 2 years ago
