A difference maker in whether Tom fights this to the end or not just might be Gisele.
Gisele did not become the wealthiest model in the world because of her strut down the runway.
She is street smart, tough, edgy and knows how to play rough and tumble in the male dominated business world.
Gisele's man has had his character and integrity smeared the world over.
Tom's personality and instinct is to go along to get along. Tom has always been a don't make waves with management type of guy. Bet Gisele is strongly encouraging Tom to fight this every inch of the way.
Guarantee Gisele already has her boxing gloves on. I'm sure she is more than fired up because she's been told not to comment on twitter and is ready to explode. :D

Interesting. Tell us how you know this.

The colts balls were measured just before the end of halftime! meaning that they were sitting in the 70 degree room for almost twenty minutes before the were tested, which, as we all know from science, will cause the gas to expand, and result in a higher PSI reading.

Every shred of evidence against the Pats can be refuted! Any decent lawyer would kill the NFL in court!
This!! The data to refute the Wells nonsense has been out for weeks/months yet these "reporters" still continue to act as if the Report is rock solid facts back up by science.

I mean JCH there were at least 5 gauges being used to measure the balls (Colts gauge, Pats gauge, 2 refs gauges and some random gauge they found laying around to measure the 8 balls after the game.) and they all gave different numbers. Even the one used to measure the intercepted ball gave 3 different measurements in succession. You would think that one of the officials would say - you know these gauges are all over the place. No, the sting was in from the beginning and the data was being worked from the start "Well yes we had 3 Colts balls register illegal on one of the NFL supplied official gauges but we're not out to get them so we'll ignore it."

What the hell is Bedard saying went on in the Packers game? We lost that game and no ball was intercepted for anyone to check, rumors? sound like he's just tossing out garbage...

That's the beauty of the media. Bedard can toss something like this out there, with no details or additional explanation and it will become "The Patriots deflated balls on the sideline during the Green Bay game." No facts or evidence needed, just insinuate something.

If Kraft pressures Brady and the word gets out. The enmity toward Kraft now will be miniscule compared to what it will be then. Brady has monetarily sacrificed plenty to help the Pats win something it is obvious Kraft has neither the willingness nor desire to do. I believe Brady is concerned about his reputation and that of his team where it counts in New England. Kraft has demonstrated since 2007 the reputation of his team is insignificant in comparison to his standing with best buddy Goodell and the fraternity of owners. The ironic thing is that they have no respect for him and his team with his grovelling acceptance has become the whipping boy for Goodell and his henchmen.

Particularly in the age of social media, which has really amped up the game where "no evidence is needed."

So it's true. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. ;)

Who is this Bedard guy anyway? I watch/listen very little to the mediots and I'm drawing a blank on him. Never mind, I really don't care who he is.

There is no winning for the Patriots here. The best they can hope for is "less losing". This offseason has been frustrating. I refuse to try and imagine a scenario where NE doesn't win the SB...

And media hysteria/hyperbole rules most folks thought processes...

The Pats cannot be this good for this long, they have to have cheated... and that's a fact.
