No. I haven't seen anything as appropriate or specific suggested from Ted Wells himself. That lack of evidence tells me that they simply didn't include that information, in an attempt to suit their agenda.
Either way, there's not a shred of evidence that suggests that anyone deflated any footballs after they had been approved by refs, OR any evidence that anything remotely shady occurred during Patriot home games when JM and JJ actually had access to the balls. The two examples that Wells used were:
1. The "deflator" text from McNally, which was from May 2014. Obviously, no NFL rules were being broken during off-season mini camp or OTAs.
2. The second "incriminating text," which was from the AWAY game at the end of November in Green Bay, where McNally had just seen JJ on television both holding and wearing one of those long head to toe football jackets. That was the "deflate and give someone that jkt" text message.
This lack of evidence tells me that they simply didn't have anything more to try and pin on them, or else they'd have surely included it in the report.
