Matt Light speaks to Eisen on Deflategate

So make that Bruschi and Light who've come out fully supporting Brady. Where is everyone else?

I love the smirk Eisen seems to wear every time deflategate comes up, as well as the vague jabs I think he gets in. In my mind it's plain to see he thinks the whole ordeal is a joke.

The Dumb Public, as even seen here by one poster, is a group of sheep easily led by a manipulative shepherd.
You're paid to be a media commenter. Do you find success by (a) say what the dumb masses want/like to hear or (b) tell the dumb public something that they don't want to hear that requires them to think beyond a soundbite.

And I'm proud of all the rings
You have given me
The mountains we have climbed to get this far
You learn to take the haters with their tears
After all these years

Seasons that we've learned to share apart
Somehow in my heart I always keep you near me
After all these years

I used to protect your blindside and I still got your back
After all these years

Lets also not forget that Rich Eisen is a huge Jets fan. Although he does try pretty hard to hide it.

I kind of like Rich Eisen. So if he is a massive Jets fan he is a rare breed. A rather decent NY Rats fans.

Also a Michigan guy though!

Matt Light is a very intelligent man, who speaks well..

But in all this noise, he and others are dismissed as homers.. or other such nonsense.

..and that is fine. Eisen is a mature, level-headed professional. As long as he's balanced in his reporting and commentary he can wear a Namath jersey to work for all I care.
