Will they likely be forced to show their phones or can they bs around that? If Goody and Kensils emails and phone records are looked into spygate and framegate might both go away forever.

I am not a lawyer but believe that there is NFW they will be forced by a court to show their texts.

It's a fantasy for us Pats fans.

Now I just wonder if Goodell could drag the appeal process into the start of the season...so that Tom can't sue to overturn the appeal in time to play in the games???

So he had his lawyers submit why he shouldn't recuse himself yet then says that decision hasn't been mad?

Talk about a guy who is just basing things on putting his finger up and seeing which way the wind is blowing.

It's hilarious though. Idiot mortenson puts out a bogus report about the PSI and the NFL never refutes it. But news breaks that Goodell won't recuse himself and within minutes they put something out saying it is wrong.

Who did the lawyers stating Goodells reasoning for not recusing himself to? Probably the commissioners office!

Monopolies and Independant Investigations and Appeals Processes
and other stuff they really like.
