This is the outcome I wanted. Court blow to the NFL to ouste the commish and blow the lid off all of this BS.

I keep thinking to myself that this could have all been avoided if back in January if the NFL and it's integrity if they just said PSI isn't an issue and has never been. Tell Mort to shove his report up his ass and play football.

Exhibit A why Kraft was so stupidly, dead, wrong about how him dropping his appeal would take this out of the headlines. He forgot who he was dealing with. Goodell has as much business being a judge or arbitrator as a hungry wolf has being a pig farmer.

I'm curious to see how far Brady would really take this...

At this point my biggest fear is that there is a handshake agreement between Kraft and Goodell to eliminate Brady's suspension. I know it's incredibly unlikely--especially since it would be an admission by Goodell that either the Wells report was garbage or Vincent f'd up with his penalties (or both)--but there would be absolutely nothing worse than 1. this not getting to court, with discovery and Goodell/Kensil/Blandino being called to testify, and 2. fans of 31 other teams being able to say 'Kraft's buddy bailed out the cheating Pats again'.

I don't think it'd be possible for this to play out any worse if that were to happen. This HAS to get to court.

Tie to Expose Roger and his Goons.

News dump

Drops the news after 4pm on a friday before a long weekend(It's a long weekend for you guys right?). lol

This is going to court.....
GOOD.........Did you all notice how fast goodell came out with his response after smith threw down the gauntlet. He saying bring it, hes seems pretty drunk with power, cause if this goes to federal court goodell will be shredded.

would love to see him try to reduce Brady's suspension to 0
he cant, even he's not stupid enough to clear the guy he says did it while upholding a 1mil fine, a 1st and 4th round pick as a penalty for the team his report says did nothing. even a first grader would see the epic logic fail in that, maybe i'm giving him too much credit for being smarter then a 1st grader? It's going to court where the nfl will get promptly annihilated.

The NFLPA agreed, for some absurd reason, to let Goodell be judge, jury and executioner. He has been handing the pats their asses the past three weeks, why stop with Brady?

This is going to court so there is no end in sight to the insanity.

Is anybody going to start questioning Adam Schefter's credibility?

Kraft hugging Goodell and then Kraft hugging Brady.

Something has to give and it wont be Roger.

Goodell has all but said I have an agenda and nobody can stop me from achieving it. Unfortunelty our ***** of an owner would rather suck 31 other ****s than stand up for his franchise.

Interesting that Kraft is so intent on doing what is best for the NFL while the NFL is so intent on doing everything possible to destroy his team.

I think Goodell's and the NFL's interests have diverged quite a bit, in that his interests are headlined by him keeping his job.

E.g., the league's interests would be served by Brady being cleared. However, to Goodell personally that would be devastating.

@AlbertBreer
Source said union request for Goodell recusal from Brady appeal was denied. NFL refuting: "No decision has been made on the union’s request"

so then another costly leak by the NFL then.

The NFLPA must be in heaven.

Bwahahahahahaha The NFL can't even keep it's leaks straight anymore! Hahahahaha What a freaking farce. Man this is the first time I've laughed about football in days. But this is just too stupid for words. It's even dumber than Revis' asinine comments recently.

Goodell:

If you're so certain the Patriots are guilty, why not accept a neutral arbitrator? Why even deny this request?

Oh right.

That was my thought when he gave the supplication speech - a whole bag of d!cks, all 31 flavors.
