I hope Brady asks for a trade

Look...I don't truly want Tom to ask for a release or to be traded. I like him here in New England. I am just so angry with Kraft and truly feel sorry for Brady having to deal with this betrayal.

That being said is there another crummy owner or fan base out there that deserves Tom? That hasn't labeled him a cheater and trashed his legacy? Nah he belongs here but by no means would I blame Tom for any decision he makes from here on out.

Or better yet, TB12 announce his retirement the day before opening night.
If his suspension is lifted and he's playing the opener, he wouldn't do that because of the damage it would do to the team. However, if his suspension isn't lifted, I could see him retiring in time to give the team a chance to get ready for the opener.

Nah. Any team that feels it is a QB away from an SB run would gladly take him, if he fits with their system, no matter what has been said about him by their staff, players or fans. St. Louis and, gulp, the Bills come to mind.

And, IMHO, he should do what he should have done years ago with the Patriots and, when he goes to another team, insist that he be paid what he is really worth. I have long been one of the few out here who have argued that he shouldn't be taking a "discount" to play for the Patriots because, in the end, as Kraft proved this week, it's a business in which the owner will always do what he feels is in his own best interest. Tom's loyalty and generosity bought him nada, zilch, nothing with Bend Over Bob.

So you came on a website whose name is Patsfans.com to say that?

I've been a Patriots fan for many years, that ended with Kraft's betrayal. if you can't understand that there's no point in me trying to explain it to you.

I understand it perfectly. I don't understand why you'd remain at a site /called/ Patsfans.com. Perhaps you could start NotAPatsfan.com

I'll do what the hell I like, thank you.

There have been a lot of dumb threads started this week. I think this one would be in the top 5.
Not a shot at the poster who started it and those who agree, but emotions at ruling the thought process this week.

No the poster who started this and all of morons who piled on and agreed deserve all the shots in the world

Goodbye, you will be terribly missed.

Brady is guilty, get it through your head. Brady will NEVER take this to court. Whatever Goodell decides that will be it. You better hope that Krafty Bob sacrificed himself for Brady. Once it leaves the NFL and goes into a real court, under oath with the threat of perjury over their heads, Brady and the two morons are done. Admit this please, If Goodell leaves Brady with even a 1 game suspension and Brady doesn't take it to court, then Brady isn't sticking up for himself and pretty much admitting that he is guilty.

Brady to Houston for Hoyer and 2017 #1 would be perfect.

Mallett would be Brady's backup again.
Hoyer would be the Patriots backup again.
O'Brien and Tom can yell at each other again.

Just like old times.

Well, at least it would fee up my Sundays from here on out.

I certainly do NOT hope Tom asks for a trade.
In the extremely unlikely event he did so, I would respect and understand but dislike his decision.

He and Gisele recently sold their CA mansion and built another in Brookline. Tom has said he intends to stay in MA. I sincerely hope that having Vichy Bob as a neighbor is not making them love their home less.

It was one of the better received threads earlier this week.

Now not so much.

I don't understand the premise of this whole thread. Brady has been somewhat betrayed by Kraft, in that Kraft has sided with his fellow owners, who like to show unanimity.

So how would another owner be an improvement???
