Based on the evidence, the patriots, brady and the two dorito dinks, didn't do anything wrong.

All the actual facts involved prove that(Half time measurements, post game measurements, the differences result in balls that were around 12.5 psi)

The wells report was a shoddy attempt at a lawyer with the skills of an ambulance chaser, going big game hunting, he failed miserably, and anyone who actually read the report can see that.

In the report wells clears BB kraft, and everyone else EXCEPT Brady and the 2 Equipment fellas.

Because ignorance is not an excuse, the assumption that brady and the equipment guys did do something wrong(false) means that patriots as a team must be punished.

If adolf goodell doesn't wipe out toms suspension(which is what he should do if hes smart) tom will take it to court, the court will clear the suspension, and make a giant mockery of goodell's "independent" report.

Once that is done, Brady and the 2 dinks will be cleared of any wrong doing. If those three are cleared of wrong doing, then according to wells, NOBODY did anything wrong.

If nobody did anything wrong, how does the nfl uphold that punishment that the patriots did something wrong, knowing about it or not.

By Kraft going all in and folding, he took some of the leverage that the patriots had(the ability for kraft to go to court, since teams have no real appeal process) and gave goodell not only the appearance of being a Dragon slayer, but also a backdoor to avoid having Brady make the NFL look like a joke.

Kraft sold out his teams future, the franchise star, and the fans.
