Think about it, starting BEFORE the KC game we have NFL network stooges like Breer saying BB wants to win without Brady (yeah I'm sure he has a source close to BB LOL).

Then the KC game happened and the noise to break apart the band got even louder. They were immediately shut up.

Then you get deflategate during the one event that would make the BB Brady connection strongest: another Super Bowl victory where Brady put on a performance for the ages.

Now you have Borges saying BB never believed Brady, that Kraft threw Brady under the bus. That were cheaters and nothing we do will change that.

It's even got fans asking for BB and Brady to break up and leave us. This was ALL staged to break apart the patriots. I think Kraft is pathetic, but don't let the NFL win in its plot To break apart our dynasty and don't abandon the team next year.

Nah, his escort has those on display on her mantle. Jonathan better watch his ass.

This is a bit off topic but some musings on this....

I don't think we need to escalate the effort to the level of some major, expansive, and well-coordinated plan. Fans of other teams make fun of Patriots fans for thinking that way, and to be honest there is some sense to such criticisms.

what if...
The Colts were just paranoid.
The NFL was not taking their paranoia very seriously. It was just 1 of 100 things to be aware of.
Everyone checking footballs was just dumb about the basic concept that pressure drops with temperature (this one is a given).

Where, oh where, then did it become a gotcha exercise?

It went off the rails when ONE GUY leaked the false info (#TheBigLie) that 11 of 12 footballs were 2 psi down to Chris Mortensen. I think that this person was Mike Kensil, but who knows? It could be anyone with a agenda.

Where it got even slimier is when AT LEAST ONE GUY with access to the true data decided to keep a lid on the information, tell everyone to follow suit, and to let the lie fester for 3.5 months, by which time few people will care any more about old lies. I think it was Troy Vincent, but who knows? It has to be someone with some authority over the whole investigation.

So it only takes two people with agendas, with at least one of them in position to order a few other people to comply with their agenda.

That's how as few as two people can succeed in smearing the name of a franchise, and (apparently) get away with it.

Everyone else (Borges, Felger, 100 talking heads) are for the most part simply just piling on. Their agenda is just to be lazy tools and to get noticed/ratings.

Irsay is a DUI waiting to happen. I once had respect for Kraft. There is the difference.

This is why I want Brady to sue, discovery from all the NFL FO people involved in the sting.

Yes.

Said this months ago during the season. It's transparent. Media starts saying it, and then New England fans start saying it (the dumb Felger-like ones). Overwhelming majority of New England fans don't give a ****, though. It takes a lot more than some idiotic ******* on television to undo what Brady and Belichick have given us for 14 years. They're beyond the reach of these people for most true Patriot fans.

Something the media will never get.

Yes indeed they have been out to ruin us since KC. And after "deflate hate" it accelerated like crazy. A very transparent agenda but the problem was....

KRAFT ultimately broke it all apart. Yes the outside world was against us but we still had a united front, passionately defending Tom Brady and the team's legacy. Kraft lost many fans of the team and probably also the respect and trust of the guys in that locker room. So basically **** you Bob.

The media can collectively eat a ****.

I wonder if this sting all happened w/o godell knowing. I mean he knew about the complaint, but did he know what kensil gregson et al were up to. So he tells kraft they screwed me. Well why didn't you put out a report that Mortenson 2 psi below was false?

They may not have included godell cause of his "close " relationship with kraft. I wonder if they have some dirt on him? Not that he needs any help messing things up

ps Rice charges dismissed, went to read comments, unbelievable how many were on his side men and WOMEN ! Ton more then were willing to Brady the benefit of the doubt. Well big deal its only abuse .......doesn't effect the "integrity" of the game .

Great point, because the NFLPA has been clear that it is attacking this angle. And of course they would because it is management conspiring to set up unionized employees.

Well the scandal worked because it convinced our scumbag owner to destroy the team's reputation. Kraft broke us apart. If he had stood up and defended the team then we could all rally together. Now, not.

We still have Brady....all signs point to him putting up a fight

I'm still trying to understand how exactly what Kraft did puts us fans first

I hope that someone asks that direct question

We still have Brady....all signs point to him putting up a fight

And when he wins everyone still gets to point to the fact that the team was severely punished for cheating and the owner didn't fight it because obviously he "knows we're guilty."

Kraft doesn't get it. Brady before the SB, said it was about honor and respect and he was right. Kraft, Belichick and Brady all said the accusations were false and unfounded. Kraft wanted an apology from Goodell because he thought we were innocent. By not fighting, he has forever branded the Patriots as cheaters. There is no honor and respect. Say you are a Patriots fans and you get the response, oh! that's the team that cheats! It's hard to win a battle when your General turns and runs in the opposite direction and orders a full retreat.
