I think Kraft is going to tell Brady that if he does not accept whatever Goodell offers and goes to court, he will not get another contract from the Patriots.
Brady taking this to court is going nuclear on the NFL. The NFLPA wants to use this as the case that brings down Goodell and destroys the whole disciplinary and personal conduct policy, and they will win.
