I posted this in the thread about the twitter feed. However, with the revelation that the NFL's twitter operator is a Jets fan, I think this exposes a much larger problem.

The evidence of Jets collusion in the NFL headquarters (please feel free to add other examples):
Mike Kensil, the non-punishment for blatant tampering, the twitter operator, Kelly Naqi's associations, continuous leaks to NY media, Goodell's history with the Jets, the footballs being inflated to 16 psi for the Jets home game, etc..(I'm sure there is much more).

With the blatant and obvious conflict of interest that exists in the NFL office, how can we as Patriots fans trust the NFL as it currently stands? This has taken all the fun out of the sport for me. The NFL is corrupt..plain and simple.

Add in the fact that NFL.com and ESPN.com (among others) are based in New York and edited by New Yorkers, who get to put their cute little spin on everything and help shape opinions.

Eric Grubman, NFL Executive VP, worked on the sale of the Jets in 2000. In fairness, the guy worked on the sale of the Patriots to Kraft a few years before. But this puts it in a different light:

"Two years later, he handled Woody Johnson's $635 million acquisition of the New York Jets. A gift from Johnson—a Jets jersey bearing the number 635—now hangs in Grubman's office, alongside other football and Navy memorabilia."

Chan Gailey seems to think that Geno Smith is still the answer though.
I hope he continues to. I hope Geno has a great training camp the proceeds to stink it up like usual and lead them to a 8-8 record.

Some group CBT.

Doc it hurts when I do that?
Don't do that.

Doc, it hurts when I think that?

Don't let the terrorists win.

Defending super Bowl Champions.
Any doubt they will be knocking on the door again?

Turn off ESPN, turn off the radio, be patient.

This too, shall pass.

Rewatch XLIX.
Fourth quarter.
Was Brady ever better?
That moment, that defense, just reminds us why we feel
so passionately about him, and this team.

This is exactly why the current moment is painful.
The other side of the coin.
Turn the coin back over.
remind yourself.

I am currently working through the 03-04 run.
A surprise. I had forgotten how rarely they scored more than 30 points.
Maybe 5 times through the what was it, 23 game win streak?

The memory of that great team and the
magnificent 07 machine had morphed together.

I still miss Moss.
And Manny Ramirez.

What would happen if you had Edelman's heart in Moss?
30 TD season?

You decide what to think. Then think that. It develops a resistance to the slings and erarrows, which will continue forever.

Think ahead now, Brady is elected first ballot HoF.
Or especially during the run up to his candidacy.
We can make a list now of the few, the ugly, the diseased.

Mad Dog, LaDaisy, Polian (if he hasn't passed from liver failure)
etc
All will parade themselves to any extended microphone.

The question is, how many Lombardies?
My original prediction was seven.

I like that number.

This is why Robert is a fool to think his taking one for the league changes anything. Until they put some checks and balances in the league office nothing will change and he doesn't even see that Fraudger is the ring leader.

.

You must be avoiding the national press. I have been too, but cannot help seeing article headlines about cheater TB not being HOF worthy.

Thanks, Bob Kraft.
