“I only care about our fans,” Bob Kraft

Well, you're certainly a glutton for punishment. I can't bear to continue to watch the way the NFL has, is, and, likely will continue to, treat(ed) my team.

Pats do pretty well on the field...but call it punishment if you wish!

Kraft is simply delusional. He is pandering to the fans and does not understand he is hated by the fans based. Despised, reviled, because he stab the fans and Tom Brady in the back.
He said what he meant, what matters to this team is not more important to him than what matters to the other 31.
The sad thing is he thinks screwing us means more to the other 31 than an honest decision means to us.
Bob Kraft has set it up that he supports the rights of the other 31 teams to make us their *****.

Yeah THAT part is nice. Until the next trumped up, half-baked, trivial, technical rule infraction someone cooks up undermines the whole thing. How many times do we have to sit through this movie?

What happens when you win year in and year out and are always at the top....jealousy is a ***** as we can all see

A tweet from Curran earlier today:

Absolutely not.

@tomecurran do you think they realize how pissed fans are about the decision?

Kraft is lucky there isn't actual rallies being organized outside Gillette because I think people are so pissed off right now they might start tearing the ****ing place down. Put a bunch of Patriot fans in a mob at this moment in time and my bet is they start fueling off one another and it goes full riot within 3 hours.

Three hours sounds a tad conservative. I was thinking an hour max.

Thinking about this I'm ticked, but I honestly wonder if Kraft was advised not to go after the league, because it was a no win situation. The odds of him winning a lawsuit against the NFL was really low, and all though we got the harshest sanctions ever, was there really much he could do? Remember he had the CBA so this could've been trickier then we think.
[/QUOTE]

In that case why did he deliver the speeches about how unfair the penalties were, and promise that he was backing Brady, and spending time and money to post the wells report context?

He gave a defiant interview to Peter King 2 days before the owners meeting

He didn't give up because he suddenly realized that it was a no win situation. He gave up because goodell and the other owners convinced him that fighting it would be bad for business and would hurt all their profit margins

I don't doubt that Kraft cares about us fans. He cares, just not enough to put us ahead of the 31 other teams. Frankly, I deserve better.

What's really funny is he should have been out in front of the story before it grew any real legs. SOMEONE near him (or his sons, or his advisors) must have heard Monday mornings rumblings of "deflated footballs" then gone directly to Kraft. Kraft should have immediately been on the phone with Goodell. His whole job as owner of the Pats is to be abreast of Pats news and his failure there has led to this. That Monday was a holiday and most people were off of work doing whatever, I doubt it would have been noticed. But he sat around doing whatever billionaires do instead of immediately getting his PR team working the phones, and his lack of action caused the Mortensen's 11 of 12 tweet. That tweet doesn't hit and this whole thing is moot. Kraft screwed Kraft by thinking the rules were still fair to everyone. He should have known (or again, been advised) that any slight infraction by the Pats would get Mountain From Molehill status post haste. Complete failure from Patriots leadership.

It's like ****ing me once wasn't enough. He wants another round now

Kraft is above it all sitting on his booster seat.

Lets hope Bob and Roger are having a nice time.
I had a vision, the vision was of Goody as Jobba the hut, and bob as princess leia. The scene where jabba is holding a chain thats wrapped around leias neck, so his sex slave cant escape.

And there goes my breakfast

So in a few short days, Kraft has
1) Turned back on the only fan base that should matter in favor of 31 others who only wish the worst for the Pats
2) Turned back on Brady (implicitly) by not defending him at all in his surrender speech.
3) Suspended 2 working stiffs before the official punishment for who knows what reason, the benefit of the 32?

Anyone still have total respect for him now?
I sounds like a joke, but I think I'm serious: JON-A-THON, JON-A-THON,JON-A-THON!
