Zannis: Robert Kraft dealt a heavy blow to the most loyal, most dedicated fanbase in America

The title of the article says "Kraft takes the fight out of the fans".. I disagree, Kraft took the fight out of himself.. I'm still up for a scrap.

Rooting for a ****ty team isn't a prerequisite for being a dedicated fan, or proof that you're a dedicated fan.
Browns = no team
Bills = weather and Toronto

You poor guy, while winning SB 36, as a fan, you had to endure the torture of a referee making a correct, albeit controversial call (Tuck). And then Stalingrad, where you had to survive the impossible, whereby your young star was being labeled as a "system QB". Fans from every other NFL must be laughing at your whining.
Actual since they end up in ALL CAPS, I doubt it is laughing. Now go back to your friggin' hole where no one from other teams ever bothers you because you answered "Who do you root for?" by saying "Patriots."

Well......the pats do have the highest prices in the nfl as well as the longest waiting list for season tickets and a 22 year streak of sell outs .....I'd say that alone qualifies them as most loyal

===================================================

I don't want to pile on, just came by to gauge the boards reaction because I'm weird that way.

But I'll play along, What Makes Pat fans the most dedicated and loyal of all the NFL?

We are all aware are we not that there is a dozen I am done with the Pats type of threads on the front page as I type.

Seahawk fans, Cowboy fans, Colts, Broncos, even Jet fans love there teams and support them.
Calling them the MOST dedicated is a stretch, but a lot of Pats fans are from the throwback days of 2-14, 5-11, Squish the Fish and so on. To see your team rise to the top of the mountain only to be despised and attacked out of sheer contempt for that success only galvanizes those fans more than Bills and Browns fans and the likes of can ever attest to. Gloomier days are ahead once Brady and BB leave and I am fully committed to remaining a loyal fan.

What else am I going to do on Sundays from September to January!:eek:

So, there is one genius that disagrees that weather is bad in Buffalo and Toronto games happen as well as that Cleveland had a team-less period. :)
