I'm guessing he avoids Deflategate entirely.
I actually strongly doubt this. I don't see how its possible, actually.

So, will it be "expected worst case scenario" or will it be a press conference that leads to screams of "corrupt bargain!"
Either way... what joy.

Yup, that's yet another thing that pisses me off about what Kraft did yesterday. Now, even if Brady's suspension gets overturned, the narrative will never be "clearly the original punishment was ********".
I would much, much rather see this go to court than see Brady's suspension get overturned through some back-room dealing by Kraft that protects his interests as "1 of 32" at the expense of Brady ever getting a shot at exoneration.
We should really let Buffalo win the division next year. Our selfish agenda can't keep pushing the other teams out of the playoffs.
Roger Goodell is not part of the Patriots organization, his speech should be broadcast on nfl.com not patriots.com , so this will be all about the Patriots and Deflategate I think.
"Brady suspension lifted"
Watch...that is what will happen. Anything to make sure the Wells report is kept away from the court.
Brady will not get justice.
