I don't think Brady will fold. I think he will take this to court if he needs to. But if he does fold and accepts a suspension -- even a reduced one -- how will you react?

This is a good question for everyone though.

Would we turn on Brady? I wouldn't think so but who knows.

I will understand something happened in the backstages and he had no choice.

Maybe he is guilty? Even if he did order the "code red", the punishment doesn't fit the crime.

I will be very disappointed. I never expected Kraft to do much, but I do expect Brady to go down swinging.
I will not be satisfied with anything less than the full suspension being rescinded, and even then, I will be upset if that happens without everything we all suspect about the process coming to light. If Goodell reduces it to even a game and Brady folds, it will leave a bad taste in my mouth. I would rather see him go down swinging and miss all 4 games.

No, it is totally different from what Kraft did. Kraft ****ed over Brady. Brady is deciding his own fate now.

I'm good with whatever Brady wants to do.

If he wants to submit to this tyranny I will understand.

If he wants to fight I will support him.

If he comes out tomorrow and says "I did it" I will forgive him.

There is very little Tom Brady can do to change my opinion of him.
My support is virtually unconditional.

He's earned the support and then some.

Kraft has put Brady in a difficult situation and I do not envy him. His boss who pays his salary and who he sees every day and has developed a close relationship, has shown the path for the team is to take one for the NFL by accepting the league's process and penalties. Brady, the leader of the team, has his suspension to consider, his reputation, as well as the interests of every player represented by the NFLPA. From what I have seen, Brady is a far more principled man than his boss, but if he pursues litigation his relationship with his boss may never be the same. This is really just the begining of the unfortunate fallout of Kraft's momentous decision on Black Tuesday that will be with his franchise as long Kraft himself.

I will be very sad that an innocent person has had his reputation and legacy ruined by lies. I will be disappointed that he choose not to defend himself.

Interesting question: If Brady accepts even a one or two game suspension rather than go to court, has he "folded?"

I don't think so.

I'd trust his judgment that he had taken it as far as he could and lost.

But, I also wouldn't be surprised if he announces his retirement if he can't play the full season.

And, if he is completely exonerated before the season begins, I wouldn't be surprised if he asks to be released from his contract rather than play for an owner who threw in the towel.

I'm not saying that he'd do either of those things, just that nothing would surprise me now.

I agree with this about the only thing he could do wrong is come out and say screw my fans I am doing X because it benefits my investments the most.

If Brady folds, his brand is gonna take a huge hit I think, much more than fighting and still suspended 4 games. So I think he won't fold. Plus I think he's innocent.

I dont know what will happen but im sure about one thing: He wont make a conference kissing Goodell´s balls and throwing the fanbase under the bus

I don't want to think about it.
