And while I was planning on going to the Cowboys/Patriots game, **** that.. Kraft, Jones, et al. won't be seeing that money..

He may not be seeing YOUR money, but he WILL be seeing "that" money. someone else will buy that ticket. there will be no empty seats.

For every person who walks away from this league and team, there will be someone else on the waitlist who will just step up into our places.

Ok, so , this was all a nightmare right ?!!? Someone please lie to me now ...

Yeah, this is a great reason to continue wasting time and money on the NFL. "Oh well, I can't make a difference anyway!" The rallying cry of people who want to make their voices heard the world over. Pure poetry.

Not that I expect it to happen, but the schmuck could still change his mind and decide to fight this right?

Not going to hold my breath though.

Honest question - I've heard people talking about Kraft getting the money to buy the Pats from Myra's family, is this true?

If it is, nothing he's done aside from hiring BB seems noteworthy to me. Maybe that time he almost found his sack with wellsreportcontext.com but really what else. I really hope Jonathan is ashamed of him right now.

Not a chance. It's done from the team's perspective.

If I were Kraft, I would avoid public appearances. He shouldn't act surprised if he gets lots of boos.

But it won't be me and that's all I have to worry about......let the suckers give their money to Spineless Bob.

For me, it means you don't need credible evidence to take what you want from the franchise as long as the owner of the franchise sees future earnings harmed if he puts up a "fight." An employee sends a suspicious text, flame the Pats. Doesn't have to make sense, the Kensil's of the NFL can run roughshod over this franchise ANYTIME they choose.

How does Kraft's future earnings get harmed if he fights this??? This is what I don't understand.

Fighting this is a WIN-WIN for him. By fighting this more Pats fans are going to be buying merchandise than ever, regardless of the outcome.

If anyone thinks that the league will get more viewership because someone else is winning and not the Pats, they are deluding themselves..

The league is the only one that wins with Kraft not fighting this because their shenanigans don't come out. It doesn't come out just how involved Goodell, Gardi, and Kensil were in the sting. It doesn't come out how deep Grigson is involved. It doesn't come out how shoddy the NFL procedures really are.

Kraft fighting this and winning brings the above to light, forces changes that will actually bring integrity to the league and will be help the league change course from where it's going now..

Kraft fighting and losing still brings the above to light and only us Pats fans are disappointed in the outcome..

No. It's not the truth. And there aren't as many people, today, willing to take those tickets.
If Kraft were to lose 25% of his season ticket holders, he'd take notice. If Kraft gets flooded by calls from advertisers telling him that they are cancelling their association with the Patriots because they don't want to be associated with cheaters, he'll take notice.

You clearly don't have enough of a grasp of business to understand when someone will take notice of things. And you clearly don't know a damn thing about the Patriots fan bas if you think that this is the only place where people are upset and talking about giving up their tickets.. Chris Price has been inundated with tweets of anger over this.. So have the other Boston media worth noting..
I do understand actually. I'm just saying not as many Pats fans will abandon those tickets as you may believe. Not saying some won't. But you assume that everyone is approaching it this way.

The only thing that would make sense to me is he thinks Brady is guilty of the crime. If he thinks Brady is telling the truth, than he is all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

It wasn't. But if you want it fuel your anger so you can keep making redundant posts about this and further drive up your already ridiculously high post count, knock yourself out. Have fun being so mad.

Only people you have lost the battle make comments about someone's post count. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and leave, troll. You're not wanted here.

He looked like a beat dawg. It's like Goodell showed him the picture of Myra with a donkey and said, "So, NY Post or not NY Post?" Or maybe just said "there will be no smoking gun, no paper trail, but you will not have a franchise if you go Al Davis on me."

Or, Kraft just caved cuz he thinks his good buddy Goodell is so good for the league. Feh.

Kraft be like

Honestly...is anyone really THAT surprised? Because i am not

I thought this time might be different because his goat qb was a big reason that the Patriots are now one of the greatest franchises in the league. To bad that Mr.Kraft thinks the NFL Shield is more important than Pat The Patriot.

so what happens if Brady wins his appeal to an outside entity (goodell isn't overturning anything), and if the judge/arbitrator makes a mockery of the wells report? kraft just basically forfeited two draft picks over a very faulty report. at a minimum, he should have left wiggle room pending Brady's case.

Stop Bella.. don't shoot..lol

I hate what that gutless yellow turd did today, and was just pointing out that he did it because his brand will continue to make him money.

If every one of us gave up our season tickets, he could easily refill the stadium with season ticket holders graduating from the waitlist.

Some day, he will not be the owner of this franchise, and I might want to have my season tickets when that day comes.

I will be booing him with a passion on opening night, but I will be there.

My 11 year old was looking forward to a big opening night game since he could talk. I am not going to deny him that. It's just sad that Kraft and Goodell have put a stain on that day, that I looked forward to sharing with my son.

I cancelled NFL network package even though it cost MORE money somehow to exclude that from my package.... just to take money away from the NFL. So please don't accuse me of "giving up because my voice won't be heard" (paraphrasing). Nowhere in my comment did I say that. I just pointed out a fact. Like it or not.. that's what it is... a fact.

I'm not surprised. Kraft going through the exercise of that website... Almost had me going. Awful.

I wonder if somewhere in this great country of ours is a person that could do godells job as good as he for lets say 5m ?
