Riveting stuff...
Why would it these are two separate penalties.
bad news...
how is brady going to get the suspension reduced at this point?
tom should fight regardless since his jellyfish owner gave up. all of that talk/outrage for nothing..
kraft is a coward.
keep dreaming. kraft will have a sit down with brady and convince him to stick his tail between his legs.If friggin Ray Rice can get his overturned then Brady can. Brady has the NFLPA Union backed by one of the best Lawyers. The Wells report will get torn to shreds. Brady about to show Kraft how to fight.
What Kraft got out of it was not rocking the boat and not setting a precedent of challenging the commissioner's authority. He's thinking as a part-owner of the league, and if his team, fanbase, coach and QB are a casualty in thinking that way, then oh well. The only thing he gives a **** about is how much money he can print and how reliably he can print it going forward. **** him.
If he has even a shred of integrity left, he'll never claim to be a longtime fan again, because he clearly isn't a fan. He's a businessman looking to protect his economic interests, full stop.
Are you really this clueless?
The thought was if the sides were talking of a compromise that one outcome could be Kraft doesnt appeal or drag the NFL to court and accepts the team penalties and goodell overturns Brady's suspension.
Who thinks this besides you
still trying to apply logic to this situation is a mistake.I do. It's a win/win for Goodell. He still looks tough - still brings the Pats back to the pack by nicking the draft choice, but avoids a court case from Brady. That was my pessimistic prediction as soon as I heard Kraft was speaking. He capitulates, and then a few days later Brady's suspension is gone, thereby putting an end to the whole episode.
