If Bob Kraft accepts all Deflategate penalties without full legal recourse, how will that affect you

Mike Reiss has suggested Kraft should fold the tent in return for the NFL accepting that, even though the Patriots cheated, it was wrong to misstate in a letter to the team how much they cheated by.

"I know it was you, Bob.... you broke my HEART!!!"

Clarification... my attorney advises me to state for the record that my above post in no way should imply that I would have Bob Kraft shot in a rowboat outside my family compound.

If he does that, I'm done with the Patriots for as long as he's the owner (and probably just done with the league generally anyway). Still holding out hope that he'll show some backbone, though.

Kraft would not get a single cent from me if he concedes.

I'd watch the games when they were on. But I'd no longer feel inclined to buy the nfl ticket, or attend a game.

I've vented a little anger after hearing of the Kraft/Goodell hug. Now I am just going to calm down and wait to see what happens in the next couple of days. A tiny part of me still believes the Pats will come out of this good. Maybe we are not going to come out as good as what many of us hope, but hopefully we get the 1st back and the suspension lifted.

Still hoping some good comes out of this.

At the moment door #1. I couldn't see myself rooting for the patriots after the owner allowed this to happen. And i wouldn't watch the game any longer knowing that this happened and if the FO could do this to a top francise and GOAT QB, then they could rig the games to get the most profitable matchups.

I'd burn all my pats gear or at least not wear it in public, maybe work on cars with it etc. Because if Kraft conceded hes admitting that the pats cheated. why would i walk around in this teams gear? so i could be constantly told my team cheated and they should give back the rings. No way. And just imagine what it would be like listening to the broadcasters, and the other teams fans. My god it would be worse then camera gate.

Gonna wait and see if he concedes before I completely lose my mind. But, it would be very hard to overcome.

As much as I'd like to say "I'd be done being a fan of the Patriots, I'm not sure I'd be able to not root for some of them going forward" (Brady, BB, JE11). Kraft would however............ be totally dead to me. It would be tough to get over as a fan. So there.... you know what I choose. :D

I am looking forward to a mass exodus of fake fans from this board, I cannot wait.

Kraft rolling over on this one would mean:

1. He's sh*tt*ng on the fans (again)
2. Tom Brady gave all those hometown discounts for nothing. (Accepting any penalty without a fight is tantamount to saying Brady is a cheater. This is unacceptable.)

I already swore off watching the NFL any further. This would mean there'd be no more Patriots gear purchase and I certainly wouldn't be willing to rep the team by wearing their swag in public.

He better not roll again, that would be a SERIOUS affront to the fanbase that lines his pockets.

None of the above. I'd just get ready to root for Jimmy G. and the rest of the team for the first four games and hope Brady is ready to embarrass the league when he returns.

Be like the pack of runners after Forrest Gump decided to quit running and stand aimlessly in the middle of the road.

I'll still be here.....they do things the right way and I am a big fan of their owner, coach and QB...they do things the right way...they want an advantage along with all the other teams that don't get targeted near as much.

I ain't going anywhere...
