Since there is whining about the same thing in every single thread right now, let's talk about something happier.

What was your favorite play from 2015?
The Julian Edelman pass is disqualified from competition for being too awesome.

Hmm. I really liked the Brady run to keep the first drive alive against Cincinnati that got the team fired up and made the Razor erupt in Brady chants.

That was a really tough week for Patriot Nation. Media was coming after us hard. That was a big play for the 2015 season, IMO. Probably an underrated one, but it had a huge emotional impact on every die hard Patriot fan watching at home, in Gillette, and, I would think, for the entire time.

Psycho Tom wasn't going to be denied that drive.

That was really the play that kicked off the teams drive toward it's 4th Lombardi

Before that our Dynasty was dead and over with, and after that we were off to the races and never looking back

Damn you! I've been waiting years for that Edelman pass to be part of the game plan but since you disqualified that, I would have to say the Butler interception in the SB.

Butler interception. I've been blessed to witness many great Boston sports moments, but nothing like the Butler interception made me feel the way it did since the final out in the 2004 World Series.

Tom actually ran the ball three times on that opening drive. It really proved to everyone how personally he was taking the chatter at the time, and how he refused to allow anything to get in his way.

I'm going to step outside of the box and throw the following two KEY plays out there:

1) Vereen one handed snag to continue the drive in the SB

2) Duron Harmon INT in the Ravens game that allowed us to even get that far

The first one ... nothing better than that first snap of the ball.............

I loved gronks catch and run against the colts where he outran and ran over their whole defense

The Gronk one handed catch against Denver was awesome.

The Jules pass to Amendola.

The Brady pass to Lafell against the Ravens. (Didn't he have another one to Vareen that game that was just beautiful down the sideline?)

There was so many plays last year.

Harmon and Butler's INTs. On both I was waiting for the D to give up "that" play and both times I was thrilled they came up in the clutch. I think I was more excited on Harmon's, because I was just in shock on Butler's and couldn't believe what I just saw.

Edelman's punt return against the Broncos. That was awesome! Great team effort!:)

Runner ups would be:

Chandler Jones blocked FG return TD
Jamie Collins blocked FG returned for a TD by Arrington
Devin McCourty's interception against Matt Cassel and his return to the 1 yard line.

McCourty flooring Welker was awesome.

And the Browner hit against whats-his-face on the Chargers

chandler's fg block touchdown against the Vikings was very underrated. It was before our team clicked so no one really thinks about it. Chandler was going to have a monster year if he didn't get injured, people are way too hard on him

Too many this year.

1. Lafell's game winning TD catch against Baltimore. (The opposite of Gronk's no catch against Packers)

2. James Devlin fighting 3 colts for a TD. This guy is a real Patriot.

3. Ninko baited interception vs Manning. Brilliant game plan and execution all game.

4. Solder TD as a response to Castonzo's TD earlier in year.

5. Amendola helicopter catch vs Jets.

Funny you mention that run. I'm usually pretty even keeled for the most part. A true "it is what is" disciple. But I ripped Tom a new one for not running for the first down in the KC game. I was so sick and tired of him not trying to extend the play. We weren't asking for Mike Vick/Steve Young/Grogan. Just the extra 3 or 4 when the field is wide open and a little QB slide instead of just going down without a effort.
After that Cinci game I think he went for it whenever he felt he could. It's almost like he watched the KC game and told himself I'm not doing everything I can do to help this football team. Which says a lot since there isn't a player like him in history that has better pocket awareness and who is able to use his blockers better. It honestly felt like watching vintage 2002 Brady combined with 2014. It was awesome to watch him go from the bottom of the barrel statistic wise to top 5.

Amendola was definitely a sweet catch! Forgot about that one. I just watched it, I love seeing Rex Ryan in agony. He was mad! 3rd and goal @ the 19 lol!:D

I love it anytime Develin touches the ball.

The play against Denver when McCourty folded Welker in half. It essentially ended that game. Felt like things came full circle there.

Great pick! Poor welker getting thrown into hits like that had to have wanted to take a cereal bowl full of Molly after that game
