other Boston media who think they are being neutral.....they all say, "if Brady had just come out with it at beginning it would have been much better, maybe just a 25000 fine

. no talk about maybe he is innocent. No no, at the SB pc he just should have said, yea I like the balls deflated a bit, I didn't think it was a big deal, please show me mercy. And just like that it would have been all over. vomit

Btw, if their ratings don't drop , or they go up, we are in for it.

Why the hell would anyone want to listen to their team being trashed by these two clowns. If your a pats fan you know the team has been the best in the NFL for fifteen years or more. So why listen to these two continually telling you your team stinks? At some point you have to know they don't know what the hell they're talking about, or they're trying to troll you. I don't get it.

Spygate was a joke and was made into a ridiculous witch hunt fueled in part by our own media and now deflategate, another joke, and they are doing the same. Same kind of misleading information as well. For a long time after spygate happened I thought it was about stealing signals and didn't realize until I read the Bleacher report. This time with deflate gate people are still under the impression it is about 2 psi and still do not understand how a football can lose pressure in cold weather. Just a joke.

Saw that. Plus, he had Breer and Bedard on to echo everything he said. It was a hit job from front to back. They completely ignore anything that might cast the NFL in a bad light because 'everyone knows the Pats are guilty'.

So now we are starting to see, and I believe will continue to see, the media starting to "come around" to the Pat's side. Not purely because now they have seen all the reports, digested it, and have started to see the investigation as to what it is ... a sham, but because they have milked the anti-Patriot/Brady standpoint for all it's worth and now they have a fresh start with the counter-point.

If that's you're job, to get clicks and ratings by "stirring the pot" as it were, then wouldn't it make sense for the media to be salivating at a fresh, hot new dish of "tearing apart Goodell/NFL" now that they are just playing around with the last bites of Pat's hate?

It's a whole new controversy for them to live on. It's like Christmas came twice for them this year. If there was no question as to whether the Pats/Brady did something nefarious then the story would die out soon and they'd have to figure out something else to garner viewership and clicks. But to start fresh with the whole anti-NFL angle? Well, then it's like they just sat down at an all-you-can-eat Brazilian restaurant and have just started tucking napkins into their ill-fitting collars after a finger poke to the back of the throat extruded all the anti-Pats venison they just consumed from across the street. Now their stomachs are open and more-than-ready for a new orgy of consumption and expulsion.

I don't think the media is "coming around" at all. 90% of the hosts and guests on 98.5 WANT to believe Brady "cheated" and the coach & owner were complicit. But as more and more facts are released from the team and more and more national media types are taking a step back and reassessing their initial views, we have the "just admit it from the beginning" angle.
Also, we're starting to hear the 98.5 types complaining that "it's getting to be too much." What, it wasn't too much when it was "more likely than not" that Brady knew what was going on? It's too much reading, it's too much to analyze...blah, blah, blah...
I'm sure the Brady in Decline show will have more smarmy anti-Patriots analysis of the McNally timeline highlighted in the emails the Pats released over the weekend.
Unrelated to the deflation, but if you've ever watched the CSN post game with Felger you can see right through his act. Pats can beat Buffalo 40-10 and all they talk about is how much Buffalo sucks. Pats win a close one 23-17 over a good team, and they focus on the one bad pick Brady might've thrown and "Brady can't do that in the playoffs!" is the mantra.
Another favorite of Felger and his minions is whenever Gronkowski has a big game - "just cover him! no one covers him!" Uhhh....it might be because he's the best TE in the league, with the best QB, and best game planners and play designers in the league that Gronkowski goes 7-110 & 2 TDs - NOT because the other team SUCKS and doesn't cover him....

Why would anyone listen to any sports radio? It's all crap. I'll listen to a Patriots game if I happen to be on the road, but that's the extent of it.

Looks like WBZ's ratings have decreased over the last few months. Not sure if that is a normal fluctuation due to Celtics not playing etc or it's people switching.

I haven't listened to Felger and Mazz since the Wells report came out, and I have to say it's made this whole ordeal a LOT easier to get through. I think they finally found the one thing I needed to turn them off for good. It's liberating

I would rather have a drunk John Dennis than Gary Tanguay.

Tanguay is the worst. He has been fired more than Billy Martin & for good reason.

I use to watch Comcast Sports Tonight religiously, but I couldn't handle anymore Tanguay & Felger.

Adam Jones is another 98.5 patriots hater.

Jones & Tanguay both find the Wells report damaging and think Brady is guilty.

They never mention the two Gage's though which in my eyes is the most important part of the Wells report.

The two Gage's & 1 with the Wilson logo proves they cannot prove the Patriots tampered with the football & that Wells ignored evidence to come to his predetermined conclusion.
