This was aired the day the Wells Report came out.

Go in about 8 minutes... Steven A says 4 games for Brady, a 1st rounder, and nothing for Belichick. And he references how close he is to Troy. Talk about being convicted by the media. Wow.

Haven't visited that train wreck of a site in weeks. Don't miss it at all. Especially the Wrong Reverend Screamin' A Smith-Uh.

I would prefer that Patsfans didn't link anything to the garbage rag that is ESPN. They don't deserve our viewership.

I don't watch anything ESPN unless it's a Pats game and I tune in just before kick-off, change the channel during HT and as soon as the game is over change it to the local post game coverage.

I don't buy it but it's an interesting coincidence.

This shows me yet another lie coming from Park Avenue. Supposedly once the Wells Report cam out Vincent was going over the report, having discussions with Goodell, and did not come to a decision until the day the punishment was made public. Obviously that was not the case; the punishment had already been decided regardless of what was or was not in the Wells report.

It also suggests (as another poster said a few days ago), that the NFL purposely waited until after the draft to announce the punishment. The reason for this is that a first round pick in the 2015 draft by the Pats has the least possible value (i.e., the 32nd pick). A first round pick in 2016 after a season in which the team's starting quarterback is not available for 25% is most likely going to be appreciably earlier than that.

I find it difficult to believe the timing is all a coincidence - and that's without even considering all the other topics that have been brought up and discussed already on this matter.

Ted Wells argument.

The next time I watch ESPN will be when they scramble, spin and cry to digest another Pat's SB win. I would tune in to only revel in their anguish.

Other than that, my remote control will never enter on 570. Ever.

I have no doubt in my mind that v1 of the Wells Report was done 1+ months ago.

I have no doubt that the NFL editorialized it for public consumption.

I think the league discussed punishment scenarios in March but once they received the report (I think early/mid April, they made up their mind prior to draft day).

If the league was interested in fairness, they would have let the Pats offer a rebuttal before handing out the sanctions.

The Pats and Brady had no chance.

You might say that it is "More Probable Than Not" that it is not a coincidence.

Have you been listening to Felger and Mazz? They have been doing this crap for months. Since the AFCC BB was guilty. And when the report came out and said he had nothing to do with t, it did not matter. He knew, had something to do with it and the NFL simply "let him of easy" Their exact words. Cant wait to see their ratings drop.

Now we know the 1st round pick was for racism.

Anyone talented enough to rewrite the lyrics and overdub this?

(...and I love at the intro when Mix says, "Why can't I be Tommy?")

Felger, Mazz and their puppy Adam Jones are just a bunch of provocative shock jock wannabes. They are hanging their whole argument on one word in a text message of the 243 page report. They clearly have little understanding of the science in the report. They should have their show moved to Baltimore. I don't listen to them much anymore. I usually listen to Dale and Holley and the Planet Mikey show. I can't stand Weei's morning show since they brought in Minnirat to be their little shock jock.

Another interesting coincidence was John Clayton on ESPN being the first person who I heard mention the possibility that the Pats would lose a 1st round pick for Spygate.

So which came first, the leak from the front office or the bug being planted in their ear by ESPN?

It was not a coincidence. I received that video on my e-mail a few days ago. I told my friend: Here comes the HAMMER. I just hope that John Kerry with the help of the crazy Maverick McCain go nuclear on this assholes. Federal Bureau of Investigation all over NFL HQ! We all want to watch those rats burning in HELL! DeflagateLeakes Motha****ers!

That is interesting.

Is a leak to the press and actual bug? Same difference? No?

One must know thine enemy... to defeateth them. :D

In addition to all that, they were scared that their little scheme would backfire and JimmyG would look good and we'd trade him for a #1 so they throw that little "screw you Patriots" clause in that if we trade for a #1 we give up the highest one we have.

They are horrible people, I detest them with all my heart. You are a small, worthless piece of crap, Troy Vincent and Roger Goodell.
