I dear say that Kensil done just s**t himself

Ironic that kraft supported goodell after the rice fiasco when he had a great chance to replace him and now the pats are citing his incompetence in those

Loophole, or more evidence for the Brady camp to push for a neutral arbitrator that has clue how the CBA works. This is perfect evidence to argue the "Look, this dummy doesn't even know the basics of who can issue this type of discipline. How can we expect that he can arbitrate correctly once we start using big words and using markers instead of crayons"

That's a great point but per the CBA Goodell can suspend and be the arbitrator which I think he will still do. Don't think for a second he is not considering this either as he Goodells decesion making has been spotty at best.

It seems the only arguments where Brady can he heard in a nerural place will be court.

I think the "sting" is the basis for this whole nightmare. Had the game been really close and it came out that league officials suspected the Patriots had a competitive advantage but did nothing about it because in their mini-brains it was more important to catch the Pats doing something wrong rather than assuring a level playing the repercussions would have dwarfed what's taking place now. Those officials have been completely unscathed up to this point but, in fact, they are the ones who actually cheated and they are the ones using the current uproar to deflect from what they did. I think the NFLPA understands this and will use it as significant leverage in the days ahead.

I've never bought stock before. Should I start with Vaseline? :D

unfortunately for PA, it agreed to these terms - Goodell can decide appeals officer, not mutually agreed upon person

@shalisemyoung Looks like @Nflpa putting a wrench in those plans

Well this makes the appeals hearing with Goody a bit more uncomfortable....:p

Kind of like one of those old Preparation H ads; make ol' Goody grimace and sit on alternating cheeks. :D

So this letter demands that Goodell recuse himself and appoint a neutral arbitrator. Has Goodell officially responded to this demand yet? And if he has said that he still wants to hear the appeal what is the next step? How does it go from here to court? Does the nflpa just file a suit in court now?
