The tide is turning...

No Skip just stop. He should have figured that out a long time ago.

Isn't Skip a Brady supporter for the most part or am I confusing him with a different analyst?

Skip is a Brady supporter, and I used to be a Skip reporter because of it until Framegate hit the media after the AFCCG.

Now I think Skip can go to ****ing hell.

I heard the dude said Brady shouldn't get into the HOF on first ballot last week. I'll never watch First Take ever again.

Even the dumbasses are coming around

At 1st I was swayed by Wells Report's circumstantial evidence. Now I'm hearing more and more that makes me believe Brady might be innocent.
I will say GFY, Skip...BUT at the same time having the dumbass drift back toward TB12's corner isnt a bad thing.

Lots of people think Bayless is an idiot but he is a part of a rather popular ESPN show, First Take. If he could start giving exposure to the "Brady is innocent" angle it could help.

Still waiting for this tide to turn. Seems like it's Pats fans, ex- and current Pats and a few local writers against everyone else. I think the rebuttal didn't help as much as we want to think.

It is a long battle. There was no downside to releasing it. NFL is wedded to only the Wells report from here out while Brady and the Patriots can bring in anyone and anything they want.

Although I reiterate that there has been irreversible damage done in many ways, I am feeling a bit better. Reading Florio, he seems to be leaning toward the notion that the Patriots probably didn't deflate the balls. He wouldn't say he feels that way though.

It hasn't even been 24 hours since the rebuttal. I know we all want to feel better about everything ASAP but things are going to take a wee bit longer than that.

After today, I'm 99% convinced that the tide isn't going to turn. The public believes exactly what they want to believe. Short of some weird taped confession that this entire thing was a set up and fabrication brought on by Kensil's hate-boner for the Patriots, they're going to be perceived as cheaters.

Bummer, but oh well. At this point, I'd just be happy with a resounding win, either in appeal or (more likely) in court. And if Goodell gets buried as a result, all the better.

The haters believe what the haters will want to believe. There is plenty of honest NFL fans with integrity out there that are reasonable, open minded and fair. We're not going to win over the haters because they're haters.

The haters are like the Peyton cultists. They are what they are, and don't matter.

Haters gonna hate, the tide will turn in the sense that it won't be 90% against us, it'll be 50-50 as always. Florio has a ton of readers, he's a clown but him posting positive articles only helps us. Like I said in my first post, Brady ain't serving a single game.

You're right. I said the same thing with Jerry Rice, a lot of people are going to have to retract previous statements for this thing to go the way we want. May as well welcome it, cause it's the best we can get at this point.

The alternative is they all hold steadfast to the idea that the Patriots are guilty.

How does that douche commish help Brady when he's the judge over his appeal? I just don't see him overturning the 4 games, reducing yes. Don't get me wrong the 4 games and the picks are all bs, I just don't see how RG overseeing the appeal helps.

Because then it goes to court. The only downside to this is that this thing drags on for months. The upside is that any judge will find that the Wells report doesn't even reach the level of "more probably than not" and everything gets thrown out.

Don't forget the Missouri ruling. Goodell cuts it in half, then sees the anti trust litigation citing the Missouri case and loses his job for being an arrogant moron who forgot what happened last time he was in federal court.
