I'm 19, 5'6", and I'd probably do alright on the 3 cone. So if anything, I'm closer to what they're looking for.

I think there's a minimum age(which you are under) if you haven't completed college?

disappointed at this. he may not usually be worth that contract, but he absolutely is when you're about to start logan ryan at corner...
What time is the game tomorrow?

Surprised the Pats let him go. At least Ngata is with the Lions now.

Amobi Okoye was 19 when he was drafted. But I'm ineligible for the draft, I'm only two years removed from high school and it has to be 3.

He was a good slot CB...not worth what he was going to get this year...but look at our depth now at the position...went from first to one of the worst in a matter of months.

They HAVE to have a trade in the works....right?

We're currently posturing trading our 2017 1st round draft pick for an elite CB before the NFL figures out a clever way of taking it away from us.

Can I please live in this world you're in where the Pats CBs are not an issue? Also, were both Grigson & Kensil fired after the Wells Report release in this universe, or just one of them? :)

Paraded through Mass in orange jump suits and pelted with rocks and lettuce.

Everybody relax, we've got Chimdi Chekwa

My guess is that BB and the brain trust told Arrington he would have to restructure, as he only played 40% of the defensive snaps last year, and he balked. So they let him go, maybe this is an instance where it is better to let him go a year early than a year late..

Yeah that makes sense; the Patriots penny pinching backfired. I am surprised that more players don't do this when the Patriots eventually (they always do) come around and try to chisel away at their contracts. In this case it seems short-sighted on the Patriots part.

Let's hope we have a monster front seven this year.

No Team can Sack a QB on every play...why this Team didn't take a CB early is beyond me. It should be interesting to watch this year especially if you are into fantasy Football. Open season on the Patriots Secondary.

No one said anything about getting sacks every play. In the game that shall not be mentioned Tommy got sacked five times out of the 53 times he touched the ball. 5 out of 53 isn't really a crapload, but since they were getting pressure on nearly every play it turned out to be a nightmare for Tom. What we need is consistent pressure which leads to more bad/rushed throws, which will make everything sooooo much easier for the secondary.

I hope BB has a good plan for CB. Never going to doubt or criticize BB's decisions again after he just won us our 4th.

In BB We Trust!
BB always has a plan. That is not my concern. The question is it a good one.

His CB plans in 01,03, 04, 06, 07, 12, 13 and 14 were very good

His CB plans in 02, 05, 08, 09, 10 & 11 stunk.

McCourty had a great rookie season in 2010. There was no reason to expect a giant fall-off in 2011. But, shiat happens.

I think Malcolm Butler could become a good corner. I'm worried what happens if he doesn't. We're relying an awfully lot on a kid one year removed from being a UDFA. D-Mac was a first rounder and all-pro his rookie year. It seemed reasonable to expect big things from him.

I think TB is tired of getting screwed by the Pats.

I agree on DMC in 2010. Everything after him at the CB spot was less than stellar IMO.

As of right now, BB's 2015 plan is underwhelming. Sill lots of time.

Not to mention it allows you to punish a quarterback even when he does get the pass off.. those hits add up over the course of a game and can start to make that clock in their head go a little faster, which leads to more mistakes.

And also the chance of knocking a QB out of the game
