"Ahh seem now that i see Tom's messages as the blue bubble and Mcnallys messages as teh grey bubble, it makes perfect sense that they didn't do anything wrong" - Ted Wells.

Wells associate Loren Reisner (sp)?) "Differences in pressure drops found to be signifcant regardless of which gauge used."

Yeah... assuming that they both started where they said they did and at the same temperature.... So ignore ideal gas law PROVING that a 11.3-11.5 PSI ball at 48 deg will be 12.5ish at room temp and make your analysis on the assumption of the starting temperatures... good logic...

I really wish we had media privileges. SOMEONE has to bring this **** up! Using the Colt's balls as a control based on the ASSUMED starting temp is INSANE!

I still can't get over a guy with significant ties to the NFL whining that someone would question his independence.

He also admitted that the NFL paid him millions of dollars for this report. Of course Goodell wants to pay millions to get himself and his administration in deep hot water.

:Ted Wells strongly rejected the notion that the text messages are circumstantial evidence.

So then why was it disregarded when Jastremski said the refs had the balls at 16 and they should have been at 13? Or about how Brady told them to bring the rule to the refs of 12.5-13.5

Wells & co. are just stepping deeper and deeper into that cluster**** that they created.

How can they state that it doesn't matter which gauge was used if their own ****ing report says otherwise..

What is this ****?

here is a classic

Asked about which gauge Walt Anderson used, Ted Wells associate Lorin Reisner said it “doesn’t matter.” Says it doesn’t change the science.
This is what you of after. Even his hired gun science consultant disagrees with this statement. It's just a blatant, bold-faced lie.

Just wow.

So in a nutshell:
  • Wells said "Give me the incriminating texts".
  • Yee, speaking for Brady, said "There aren't any to give".
  • Wells said "He didn't cooperate! Off with his head!!"

Exactly...he said he would take what's relevant and take their word for it...well, there's nothing to give. Now what?
