Anyone who agrees with the report is either admitting to being a hater, didn't read the report, or a full blown idiot. Wonder what Mayweather thinks, he can't read but he's a Brady fan.

Even IF you agree with the report, it 100% clears BB, Kraft, and the organization from known/doing anything! The literally ONLY reason they gave for the organization punishment was past ******** violations. What the f*ck does that have to do with the price of tea in china!

I loved following Mike Freeman. But man, as soon as Deflategate hit, he became the worst kind of smarmy, rub it in your face troll. I had to Unfollow him as much as I respect his love of all thats nerd.

I thought nerds loved physics

He has always hated the Pats. He was just as insufferable in 2007 and 2008.

That is why I don't buy the part where the unnamed owner said that most of the owners agree with the decision. I think Freeman found an owner who hates the Pats as much as Freeman does.

Who is Freeman a fan of? Its one of our closest rivals I'm guessing. Jets? Giants?

Nerds are no better than anyone else when it comes to vindictive trolling I'm afraid.

Kraft and the Patriots are all about the team. Roger has tried to elevate himself and put himself outside the team. You only win if the team wins.

Figuratively, of course.

That owner who commented on the views of other owners? Guesswork and spin. One of the least credible things in the whole process, and I'm not even upset about it. Of course he said whatever was expedient.

Freeman hates the Pats. I don't read anything from him. What did that hack Volin just write? I hope no one tells me because you read that hack.

Ha know, why do they never put their names to comments? (I mean I know why). I wouldn't allow it. Put your name out there.

Not sure who he is a fan of, but at least since Spygate he has hated the Pats with a passion.

Before "Captain America 3: Civil War" hits theaters next year, we will be viewing the prequel, "NFL Owners: Civil War". Factions include American heroes Bob Kraft, John Mara, and the spirit of Al Davis vs. the sinister stooges Goodell, Woody, coked-up Irsay, Bisciotti and others.

Get your popcorn ready.

Behind Closed Doors - Kraft conversation with Goodell:

I don't know how close Kraft and Mara are. I do know that both Jerry Jones and Daniel Snyder are big in Kraft's corner on everything. I have always thought that Mara and the Rooneys were their own faction (they are inter-related through marriage). I don't think Kraft and Mara hate each other or anything, but it is more about how Kraft is the head of the new guard and Mara is the head of the old guard.

In reality, the only owners that really matter are Kraft, Mara, Rooney, and Jerrah. They are the real powe brokers in the NFL. Snyder is on the next level. Most of the other owners follow the big guys' lead.

You are probably right, but I just feel like Mara would side with Kraft here. I can't imagine he thinks this is by any means a just punishment.

Don't get me wrong. Kraft and Mara are usually side by side on most issues. Ironically, it was Kraft and Mara who got Goodell elected commissioner because there was a real split among owners who to vote for and it was Kraft and Mara who got all the owners united behind Goodell.

I just wonder if the old guard of owners may side with the integrity of the game argument that Goodell tries to pass off as legit.

Who's the owner quoted? Woody Johnson?

If I had to take a guess since the quote is from Bleacher Report, I would put my money on the owner being Jed York -- if it's even a real quote.

Kraft isn't going to do anything. Those haters are "his partners."

Kraft won't do anything to them. And I think the owner is more nervous about Kraft trying to mount an owner revolution against Goodell by convincing the owners clearly in his corner to back him.

I like the thought of Kraft threatening his fellow owners over the antitrust deal if they don't help him vote out Goodell. This punishment is so outrageous that, when combined with the massive blunders in the Ray Rice and AP cases, could lead to many owners thinking it's time for a change.

I mean really, is this the kind of crap they want their league in the headlines for? "Goodell did this", "Goodell screwed up that", "Goodell lays the hammer over zero concrete evidence."

Frankly - and sorry for bringing it up - but Mara should side with Kraft because diminishing the Patriots as "cheaters" diminishes the Giants.
