My dad is on the phone with me and JUST said this. It's the way to make Kraft feel it.

For those of you who intend to still watch the Pats/NFL in some form or fashion, just know that if the Pats overcome all of the obstacles and continue to dominate, it will be dealt with. The Pats will not be allowed to compete on a level playing field for a long time.

How many of you saw Deflategate coming before it actually occurred?

Well guess what, something like it will happen again, and this time the punishment will be based on BOTH the Spygate and Deflategate incidents having occurred.

It's sad to lose something you love and has been a part of you for so long, but the NFL is dead.

This will accomplish exactly nothing. People are weighing in on this with emotions not logic. Nobody is going to read anything that Kraft publishes and think "That changes my mind." At least not the majority who are incredibly polarized when it comes to the Patriots.

I don't know about Bob but Jonathan is ALL about the money. This could crush him.

Just because the owner doesn't care, and we haven't had enough time to find out yet, doesn't mean that the fan's shouldn't care or take personal action. Calling/emailing your local senator or congressman to put pressure on the NFL/Goodell. Why not? It just costs you time to support the team that you love against the UNJUST actions of Herr Goodell and the NFL.

A federal judge has overturned Goodell's actions as "abuse of discretion before" as recently as last year. Why couldn't it happen again?

dont think kraft has to change anyone's mind to embarrass goodell. People hating the pats and goodell are not mutually exclusive

like are we really pretending that one of the most powerful owners in all of sports has nothing at his disposal to make life difficult for goodell? lol? He could ruin him

I think the fact that Brady was the first named plaintiff on the Anti Trust suit and the fact that he is being punished for exercising a right that was collectively bargained in a Labor dispute (NFL has no subpoena rights) should be heavily emphasized in such communications.

But it would show he actually gives a s**t. And that he puts the team and the players ahead of sucking up to Goodell.

I would love to see all angles brought up to put pressure on the NFL. Amicus briefs, pressure by congressmen/senators, and most of all Direct Legal Action fighting this!

I think the NFLPA will be and should be one of the first to step up to help Brady fight this. Brady should be suspended 0 games. The "Wells Report" And Vincent's handed down Punishment is a kangaroo court conclusion. No way it should hold up under a legitimate and Neutral Arbiter of the Law.

Well, the alternative is to turn around, bend over and let Goodell have his way with him. I'd prefer him to fight back by any means necessary even if a lot of anti-Patriot fans already have their minds made up.
