This penalty is so utterly over the top that it's ridiculous even for Goodell and the NFL. To suspend Brady for 4 games is way too much given other suspensions that have been handed out. The million dollar fine is excessive, but losing the draft picks is the most egregious of all. The NFL loses whatever credibility it may still have had and hopefully Goodell is on his way out the door. Let's hope that Brady and the Patriots go on the offensive against Goodell.

This letter is a joke. It is mostly referring to Brady's unwillingness to share emails and text messages with investigators. It can't even prove he deflated balls, knew about deflation or anything else related to PSI in balls. They can't get him for that, so they get him for some BS and then jack up the fines and take draft picks, just to show the public how bad the PSI affects the "integrity of the game." BULLS***!

Ryan Clark is on Sportcenter talking about the balls had a huge affect on the outcome of the AFC Championship game. I'm laughing so hard at his bitter stupidity. The press release notes the "independent investigation" of the Wells report. When Brady files suit (which I hope he does) it will be interesting when it gets to the discovery stage when they ask/subpoena for all communications between Wells and the League office to see how "independent " it was....

How is it possibly justified to bring something back from almost 8 years ago and use it to issue punishment for a completely different issue? Deflating footballs and Spygate have nothing in common. How is it justified to be punished again?

So if we were the Steelers would the 70s steroid use be a factor that determines punishment in 2015? Or if we were the Broncos would the 90s salary cap scandal be a determining factor for punishment in something that happened in 2015? Complete horseshit.
