Okay, let's all acknowledge that Florio is not anti-Patriots, which I have argued for years.

He'd rather bag on the Pats but he loves to rag on the league too.

this is my favorite:
Wells should have concluded based on the scientific evidence that the question of whether tampering occurred in connection with the AFC title game is inconclusive.

The funny thing is he has only touched on some of the scientific issues in the Wells report.

As soon as I saw his original article I posted a comment on there with the quote from page 52 in it, so if he follows it up with other articles with the following issues you know he copied me :D

1. Using the Colts balls as control group despite 4 not being a large enough sample size to make any scientific inferences. Even then the Colts balls were almost identical to the deflation in the top 4 Pats balls

2. Questioning the procedure in which weather conditions (particularly water) impact ball air pressure. The process of using a hand spray to wet a ball every 15min for 2 hours then wiping off certainly doesn't properly recreate the conditions of a football in wet weather

3. Linking to the article from the scientist claiming the "glaring omission" for not accounting for the impact of evaporation on decreasing air pressure a ball

Lmao, I thought the part in quotes was just suggesting what he might be thinking as he wrote the article, but it's literally IN the article...

Finally, someone in mainstream media is realizing the main point myself and others have been pushing on here for several days. Even if it is Florio, it's something.

This article lost me at "And Tom Brady should be presumed guilty at best and suspended indefinitely until he gives up his text messages and emails at worst for his failure to cooperate with the investigation."

I wonder why Wells didn't just make that part up so it sounded right. I mean, he may as well have. Going to bs you may as well go all the way with it.

Hey if you have real connections that people reply to you should ask why the chargers towel gate and this weren't a big deal http://i.imgur.com/GiNGKHk.gif
The towel gate is especially funny because that's the exact advantage people perceive framegate to be.

No, because he is anti-Patriots. And here's a good example:

I am taking credit for this article. I posted all the excerpts of the Wells report that he cites in this article in his first article's comment section this morning. I want to pretend I am breaking news even though someone else on this board pointed this info out to me earlier this week.

Predictable...........there will be more and more writers that will finally read the report and see what everyone here has been yelling at the top of their lungs.

To date....they have all been reading the NY headlines and proclaiming guilt. The tide will turn and this week the report will get ripped apart

This is mind boggling. You have the guy who did the measurements say that he used a gauge that showed the Patriots balls did not fall very much.

And the investigator concludes that he used the other gauge that takes them out of range.

Don Yee better blow that one absolutely out of the park.

This is all we are all helping change the narrative. Don't think for a minute that members of the press are not on this board looking for gems. This is a battle of the media and in the media. Brady will have the best lawyers on this but they are never going to publicly point this out as they won't show their hands. This is why they won't comment as every comment is a net loss when it is go time for the,

1) If Brady is penalized in a significant way
2) Arbitration will be asked for
3)If Goodell does not choose a neutral arbitrator
4) Brady's lawyers and Union will bring the issues of bias and unfair labor practices to a court in Massachusetts
5) The court will find cause and order the NFL appoint a neutral arbitrator
6) Brady wins here but by this point he may well have missed games. (he would get his back pay)

This is what I see now

As I've said from the beginning, this report could be shredded by a first year lawyer. The problem is that this is being handled in a court of Goodell, and not a court of law.

I have to say, I don't have a lot of faith that this bias is really going to be contested by Yee. He's not going to attack the conclusions of the data, nor the inherent bias here.

We need more of this!! Someone send this stuff to folks like Bedard and Curran. Heck even Skip Bayless.

We need everyone in the media to at least acknowledge the holes in the "report".

We need to get this to Patriots PR folks. If my man TB is suspended, we will make sure EVERYONE knows what a joke the "report" is.

LETS GO PATS NATION!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 devastating posts from that Patriots hater Mike Florio - demolishes the Wells Report. Both are must reads. They are the smoling gun that tells a neutral arbitrator or judge that the Wells report has "NO THERE THERE". No substance, flawed assumptions and a $5 million dollar witch hunt to nail Tom Brady and the Patriots based on inferences from txts from 2 joksters.

Wells report disregards Anderson’s “best recollection” on a key piece of evidence http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...best-recollection-on-a-key-piece-of-evidence/

Pressure gauge discrepancies undermine Wells report http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/05/10/pressure-gauge-discrepancies-undermine-wells-report/

Thus Florio now says he tends to agree w/ Don Yee, Brady's agent.

If Goodell acts on this flimsy report -- he is a pathetic leader who dimishes the very sport he leads. Make that a coward-- who hides behind white shoe lawyers who do his dirty work.

GREAT POST!!!!

Can someone with more social media smarts send this info to NFL beat writers and folks at ESPN?!

We need this stuff out there ASAP.
