Show up! DO NOT ENTER the game. Remain in the lots and the lawn chairs and grills going strong...and let that game be played out in front of NO ONE. Let ESPN,NFLN,the Boston media and press sit inside by themselves and commentate on national TV while the country sits in their living rooms watching an empty stadium.

Really should do this opening night.

Sadly, I fixed your post.

Yeah...you're probably right. We didn't even get to live a full year without Spygate idiocy before this ********.

So here's the argument with my brother. He says there was no way there wasn't some rule break without Bradys knowledge because apparently Mcnally and the other guy had these footballs at a time when they were not allowed to have them.

Was there proof or at least a strong suggestion that they had the footballs at a time they had no permission to?

And if he took the "failure to cooperate" penalty to an outside entity he doesn't have a leg to stand on.

I completely disagree. If what Yee said is true and he sat for almost an entire day with 4 lawyers and answered all their questions I don't see how anyone can claim failure to cooperate at all. I am also pretty sure that he was advised by Yee and the NFLPA to not hand over his phone. Nothing there was a knee-jerk reaction but carefully considered by his legal advisors.

McNally took the balls supposedly without informing the refs and went to the toilet on his way out to the field. That being said, according to stadium security he was moving the balls alone to the field multiple times this year but never visited the toilet before. If you see some incriminating pattern there let me know because I can't see anything damning.

Also I don't see how any of this has anything to do with Brady. All he wanted were balls at around 12.5 PSI.

It would be disgraceful if the NFL suspended Brady for even a single game after suspending Ray Rice for 2. Isn't there anyone out there in the national media who can put this in perspective? The infraction is tiny compared to Rice.

that liar goodell will suspend brady at least 8 games hoping brady misses the league offices' beloved jets game.

Here's a thought if Brady is suspended. Don't raise the championship banner on opening night. Wait until the next home game after he is allowed to play to do it . Treat opening night as just another game to minimize the exposure the league gets from opening night.
It would be payback, for the screw job of the Wells report....and it would irritate the league office..Where does it say that you have to raise the banner on opening night?

Sackless Kraft would need to go against his butt buddy Goodell & his billionaire boys club to do this.

I LOVE this idea! Do it on a Sunday 1pm game when there is not nearly the media coverage there. A nice FU to the league.

I would call for a ground swell of NEP fans to begin to protest the abomination that this league has become by fighting back using the same media THEY use to spin their lies. I would ask that the segment of this fanbase that pays for season tickets and attends games at Gillette hold a "game action". One game, with the "media" notified in advance. Our fans with PAID tickets, paying the exhorbitant parking fees, arriving in normal fashion, tailgating, throwing footballs around, doing THAT which all NFL fans do every Sunday and which forms the backbone of this league. It's not going to work, Joker. If you want first row on the fifty yard line, you'll have to buy new seats.

Nice try, though.

Why is everyone omitting the text Jamestrski sent to his fiancee saying 'Tom was right. The balls were suppose to be at 13'. Doesnt this clear Brady? Its not as if he said 'Tom wanted them at 11' no he said 13!!!

I wish I could stop watching the NFL but still support the team.

Do what I do, watch only Patriots games. Don't watch any other games no matter what, don't watch the NFL Network, don't support the NFL in any other way. But watch the Patriots, we need to keep them a premier franchise.

This is a travesty, I am so pissed at the nfl.

No because all the Patriots are lying and all the Colts and Ravens are unbiased witnesses with no agenda.

what's the date of that text ?

Unfortunatley, easier said than done. I need Sunday Ticket to watch NFL games, so that's money for them. I only buy stuff online from the Pats Pro Shop, but that still makes money for the NFL. And I just don't think I could break the habit of it.

Whats funny is the report doesnt even mention Tom said the balls should be 13 and mentions some other crap about tickets McNally wanted or gave

I have no doubt he'll be suspended, and I expect some sort of fine/punishment to the team as well for not preventing it or something stupid.

He'll fight it, it'll get reduced, we'll be angry, haters will be angry, Brady will be angry and we'll hear about this nonsense for forever when Brady gets brought up unless they win another ****ing ring.

Why would another ring matter? I'm sure the crybabies will be stomping their feet about something.

It's very plain to see that the NY/NJ NFL and media are working to destroy the Pats success, but the wins keep coming. The losers keep harping on some stupid little thing (handshakes, crygate, rubbing it in) and run with it, even if it's something that is legal or ignored with other teams. Think about all the things that Goody and his Jets pals have used to try and derail the Pats. But they keep on winning. It really does make me smile when I think about it.
