The Published Wells Report.

NFL paid for the report it wanted. This huge bit of info will be pushed aside.

Also just look at the friggen measurements. On one ball Blakeman has 11.85 for the Pats and on the same ball Prioleau has 12.30.

That ball lost 0.45 of PSI by putting the needle in twice and taking it out once

I dont think it lost that much PSI but more probably that the gauges are inaccurate as poo.

Halftime measurements: Notice the difference in each officials' gaug
3 colts balls (and potentially more) were underinflated! Take away a draft pick and suspend Luck!

Ted Wells: "We do not believe that the evidence supports a conclusion that there was any deliberate effort by the Patriots to circumvent the NFL's Playing Rules with respect to the kicking balls used during the AFC Championship Game." what about this line tweeted by adam schefter?

Then how did the balls deflate?

Flasox, you saw this "report" the same as I did when this "investigation" was announced. We didn't "guess", we didn't "maybe", we didn't put percentages on it one way or the other. We stated that THIS decision today would be the decision to come down, no matter what the Patriots, science, or anyone interviewed said to the contrary.

Kensil was not even touched. It's 100% on the Patriots, specifically Tom Brady. Spygate? attempt to tear down the franchise by thieving a number 1 draft pick. Deflategate? Just tear the franchise apart by removing its' QB, who also happens to be the best winning QB in the league.

100K "fine" on the Jets for tampering with Revis now takes on a definite, demonstrable bias. Pats fans couldn't understand why such leniency, given historical precedents. Is there ANY doubt whatsoever now?

Get odds right now on the Jets in the Super Bowl, if you like locks. That 15-1 or 12-1 will be even money by tomorrow.

I only looked at the last three pages of posts. Has any mention been made about Kensil or exactly who checked the ball the Colts had in their possession?
At halftime, under Riveron's supervision, two alternate game officials (Clete
Blakeman and Dyrol Prioleau) tested eleven Patriots game balls and four Colts
game balls. The Patriots ball intercepted by the Colts was not among the eleven
Patriots balls tested. Each official used a separate air pressure gauge provided by
referee Anderson that Anderson had brought with him to the game, one of which
also had been used by Anderson for his pre-game inspection. Each of the eleven
Patriots balls tested at halftime measured below the minimum 12.5 psi level
established by the Playing Rules on both gauges. Each of the four Colts balls
tested measured within the permissible 12.5 to 13.5 psi range on at least one of
the gauges. The measurements were recorded in writing by Richard Farley, an
NFL security official who has been assigned to the Patriots and Gillette Stadium
for approximately twelve years. Only four Colts balls were tested because the
officials were running out of time before the start of the second half.

Farley recorded the halftime pressure measurements taken by the game officials
as follows:
Patriots Ball Blakeman Prioleau
1 11.50 11.80
2 10.85 11.20
3 11.15 11.50
4 10.70 11.00
5 11.10 11.45
6 11.60 11.95
7 11.85 12.30
8 11.10 11.55
9 10.95 11.35
10 10.50 10.90
11 10.90 11.35

Colts Ball Blakeman Prioleau
1 12.70 12.35
2 12.75 12.30
3 12.50 12.95
4 12.55 12.15

Before halftime ended, all eleven Patriots balls were inflated and set to a
permissible pressure level. The four Colts balls tested were not inflated because
they measured within the permissible range on at least one of the gauges used at
halftime. The fifteen footballs tested, and the balance of the Colts balls collected
at halftime, were returned to the field for use in the second half.
The pressure of the Patriots ball that had been intercepted by the Colts was
separately tested three times, and the measurements, all of which were below 12.5
psi, were written on athletic tape that had been placed on the ball for
identification. The intercepted ball was retained by the NFL and not returned to
the field for use in the second half.

They are going to suspend Brady for 2-4 games, I'm calling this now, I hope I'm wrong though

Back at the beginning of this situation, I was a sourpuss (I usually am) and predicted suspensions
for Brady and Belichick , loss of draft picks, and a million dollar fine. There is no definite proof but
I predict a one game suspension for Brady, loss of our 2016 #1 draft pick, and the million
dollar fine.
More serious than this is the effect on Tom Brady's reputation. Roger
Clemens will never make the Hall Of Fame after being found innocent.

Anyone who thinks TB gets suspended even ONE game over the PROBABILITY of being GENERALLY aware, needs to have his head checked. This is TB, not Michael Vick…. Nothing happens to him, maybe a fine at worst, which he is fully capable of handling…

I got on WEEI at 1:50 and brought this up there. Per "Deflate Calc" using the NFL figures of 72 degrees and 48 Degrees, a 12.5PSI ball would be 11.27 PSI at the half. This does not factor in cold rain and prep. This page 163 is a key screw up.

I do have to say I called this one all wrong. I figured there would have been more look at the League and would not say anyone on the Pats did it without evidence. It was clear that Wells' marching order was to prove the Pats did it and ignore the rest.

Don't get me started on Clemens...

They can try but the NFLPA will get that overturned in seconds, you can't suspend anyone over "maybe, could have who knows?"

If you got fired from your job over a "maybe" you'd win an unfair dismissal claim in court, it's the same thing.

Sorry FlaSox27 and everyone else who I criticized for being pessimistic about what the results would be from the Wells report. I was completely wrong and I apologize for being at times harsh about it.

I can hardly convey how utterly disappointed I currently am with the reports findings.

Ted Wells: "We do not believe that the evidence supports a conclusion that there was any deliberate effort by the Patriots to circumvent the NFL's Playing Rules with respect to the kicking balls used during the AFC Championship Game." what about this line tweeted by adam schefter?

I think he got confused, just as I did on the 1st page...I skipped to the "conclusion" part of the report, just as Schefter did, and read that statement which was about the KICKING balls. Separate from the throwing balls which are a totally different story.

Just wanted to let everyone know, I just completed my review of goodell. He refused my requests for access to all of his phone, email, and text records, and as a result I have no option but to say that it is more probably then not, that Rodger Doodell is a pedophile. There is no direct evidence to say that he has molested children, but without the ability to be 100% sure via means of invading his privacy, as well as the lack of telepathy, my only recourse is to find him guilty.

Excuse my language BUT...

Fcuk you Ted Wells...

Fcuk you Goddell..

Fcuk anyone invlovled with the Colts...

Tom Brady SB 49 performance says you can suck it!!!

They were gonna suspend Ray Rice for 2 games for clocking his wife, im gonna be ape sh!t if they throw the book at the GOAT... Anything to put the accomplishments of this team down

103 days to say its "probable" the balls were tampered but not definite...what a fcuking waste.

Lets not forget to Fcuk Bob Kravitz and Mike Kensil...scumbags
