BB is the best GM and Coach in the league and 2nd place isn't even close. The armchair draft experts complain every year and BB gets fitted for another ring.
Best coach, no doubt. Best GM ? Last season was a great off season for BB the GM. This offseason ? Bad FA and sub par draft so far. Lots of sub par drafts the last 10 years.

No offensive picks yet, thinking we will go O-line tomorrow once or twice.

At this point, it's no longer an option. It's basically a necessity....you can forget about drafting a CB...we need someone who's going to protect Brady on the O-line

Can't imagine anyone having one of these picks in our Draft Contest.

So the Patriots have armed themselves with a very nice DT, a highly intelligent SS, an athletic freak DE/LB/TE, plus three 4ths, one 5th, two 6ths and one 7th.

I'm excited, are you?

I believe the staff has more faith in the in house o line than us fans.

My only point is, most of these pundits have never seen any of these players past round one projections. If they have, it might have been freshman year, when this kid was a WR, not his senior season.

The "grades" aren't much more than rumors shared by guys sitting in an office, while the actual teams and scouts go back to see guys not in the limelight who they noticed.

Nobody is good enough to intentionally blow picks, this kid must have been rising and BB thinks he has more upside than the average bottom 2 player, which is basically a third round pick.

All you have to do is watch film of the pundits saying McCourty is a special teamer or Gronkowski is stiff, not fluid - a blocking tight end only - to know they are making most of this stuff up, or have seen these guys once in 4 years, or after an injury, then judge their whole college career.

My whole point in spoofing draftniks every year

How can we say this draft was sub par when the drafted players haven't even played a down? Which GM(s) have drafted better than BB in the last 15 years?

With Ryan, Dennard and Arrington as our longest tenured corners, in addition to the added focus on the front seven, could we move to more of a zone scheme next year? I think someone previously mentioned a Tampa-2? Not my favourite defense, but then again, what do I know?
We are going to the "Oh ****, he got behind us AGAIN !" defense.

And the draft is a crapshoot, so what else is new?

Boyce and Crable were both highly touted coming out, but had concerns. Boyce was injured and Crable was one-dimensional.

In BB we (should) trust.

I do trust the man to get the most out of whats on the field......just not out of the draft all the time

No offensive picks yet, thinking we will go O-line tomorrow once or twice.

That's the hope...

The hope that we've been hoping for the past three rounds.

But here's to three more great ones tomorrow *raises glass*

Btw, Belichick completely fleeced Cleveland. Maybe Ray Farmer's auto correct on his iPhone screwed up the trade details. Probably shouldn't text that kind of stuff.

I guess the 5th ring will be worn on the middle finger ? Because BB is trying to show folks that he can draft 5th and 6th round talents in the 2nd and 3rd round and still win ? I'm guessing that's what he's doing, otherwise I have no ****ing clue what the last 2 picks were all about.

What I see on the 3 moves tonight:
- Richards will be a rotation player this year, will become be our starting SS for many years, and we'll be comparing him to Rodney some day
- trading down from 96 was the most obvious scenario in the history of the draft, owning the very next pick as well as the one 4 spots after that, so I'm glad you were able to predict it
- Grissom looks like a beast.

Productive day, and 7 picks tomorrow.
