I don't expect the patriots to be the one knowingly taking the risk on players with drug, legal or even major character risks. There is no need.

The patriots have 3 picks scheduled for today, and 2 early tomorrow. Belichick has NEVER cut a rookie drafted in the first four rounds. We could trade up, down or stay where we are. The point is that Belichick has 1 major addition in house and could have 5 more rookies drafted in rounds 2-4.

And, YES, we need a CB, an OL, a RB a WR and a LB. So we have 5 picks in the next three rounds, and 5 needs. And yes, there are lots of quality players at our positions of need.

We've gotten our first present last evening. We'll see what we get tonight and tomorrow.

I'd also like to keep all 3 picks tonight, but the CB market will be drying-up early and using 96 or 101
to acquire one might be necessary.

Some awful picking in the 2nd round here. We're gonna get a good player at 64

I'm speechless. Does Belichick do this to give other teams a chance?

First Patriot Draft, Eh? :D

I like the player. I just don't like the timing of the pick. 6.74 3 cone drill and he was a productive player at Stanford as well as a captain. Just think they could of had him later and I'm entitled to that opinion without being called some negative ****ing Nancy for not agreeing with the homers that BB is god when it comes to the decisions he makes. I don't need to be told that he knows more about football than I'll ever know. That's a stupid homer reply that speaks strongly of agree with us or your not a true fan of this team.

Its 10:57 and we are about to pick in the 3rd round for the first time.. If you had told me anytime in the passed 4 months that there would be a chance for us to walk away with Malcom Brown, TJ Clemmings, La El Collins and Marcus Hardison, I think I would have thought you were crazy.

Now, watch us draft a kicker.
