I've seen a few things he's said. Sounds pretty good to me. Proto BB DL.

Apparently, he spent the past year playing mostly on the outside. He is certainly someone that can start day one and he'll be a good (to very good) one-gapping 1-tech. I don't think he's a Wilforkian two-gapping DT though. His tape doesn't really suggest he can take on double-teams to any real degree.
Other than being a starter for a SB champion you mean? They will at some point, but the cupboard is really bare there. Wendell is not a good starter and the left side is currently unmanned other than possibly Kline or Fleming
A few different people mentioned it on Twitter, and here's one mention in an article.Don't doubt what you're saying or anything, but where did you hear that they canceled a trade to grab him? That would make me feel even better about the pick!
There were definitely irons in the fire. A trade with the Texans that would have moved the Patriots out of the first round was reported to have been consummated. But it appears that was contingent on Brown’s presence.
Not sure why but this year's 1st round bored the hell out of me. And watching it at 4am here in the UK didn't help. Not enough trades?!
I fell asleep on the sofa around 3am after the Bengals took Ogbuehi at 21...woke up an hour later just as the Packers took Damarious Randall at 30. Perfect!
Definitely happy with the Brown pick. Best Player Available + fits our most glaring need.
OG/CB/WR would be nice in Rounds 2/3/4 but really I just want Bill to go BPA. No reaches!
