To this point, it hasn't been necessary to deal with any of the players with question marks about drugs, murders, driving under the influence, domestic violence, choking coaches, etc. Who's your bet for the first one off the board?

Browns going the safe route with Shelton at #12. They had a shot at getting Parker (#12) and Shelton (#18)..
