I'll agree with you about the satisfaction. Not sure how many haters it shut up. But, as I've readily admitted before, the cheating stuff is a real sore subject with me. I wish it weren't, but...

Meh. Why does anyone still care about people hating on or making fun of the Patriots? Lots and lots of other fans, players, coaches, and league officials hate the organization (especially Belichick, the fan base and its success). It's not gonna change, no point being outraged by it.

I have a big problem with the garbage spewed by Aikman, Montana, and the turd Brunell, but this was a dumb scripted joke, no big deal imo.

Deflategate stories are annoying, they are like mosquitoes, as soon as you get comfortable another one pops up to annoy you.

In this case it was probably a joke that was scripted, that amused some non-pats fans watching and probably puzzled some non-football fans, wondering what they were talking about.

I despise things like this because it normalizes in the public conscious the 'fact' that oh, the Pats cheated again. I don't give a s**t what Jets fans or Steelers fans think about us. They'll always hate us it's fine. But I hate our name and our accomplishments being besmirched by the general public who would usually have no stake in the matter. This f**king mess was the lead story on every single nightly news program in America not to long ago. And that SUCKS.

i wish I could say this is funny and not a big deal but I'm tired of this whole made up controversy. As pats fans we have defended this team since spygate with facts. Then we finally get back and this stupid nonsense gets talked about for 2 whole weeks before the super bowl and all throughout the game itself. It's annoying and the wells report better show how stupid this whole thing was. As for Romo I've been saying since 2006 that I wasn't sold on him. But whatever. Hope we play them on thanksgiving with their Real Balls
