More fuel to the 'big guard' theory:

Man, I just don't get it. Their experiments in that direction haven't worked. I don't want to see a Tomlison, T. Jackson etc. on Brady's blind side. :(

Combine it with the big RBs they're looking at, and I think it's all about defenses getting smaller and taking advantage of that fact.

Yeah, I can see that. But how slow are you willing to go?

L. Tomlinson 6'3" 323 40: 5.23/3.11/1.89 Shuttle: 4.87 Cone: 8.17
J. Halapio 6'3" 323 40: 5.29/3.06/1.83 Shuttle: 4.83 Cone: 8.26

Just sayin....

Neither is a good fit for our zone blocking scheme.

Ochmed, that's exactly how I feel -- but it's NOT how the Pats have been drafting lately. I don't want to derail this thread, though...maybe I'll start a new one focused on OL drafting.

So how early is everyone happy to pick him? I'm struggling to decide if I think he's worth #32 but I'm probably much higher on him than most

Lombardi being there is a good sign the team has a strong interest in him.
