Haven't you heard? Doyel is just so terribly, TERRIBLY bored by this whole thing now.
Me neither. I'm in cautiously optimistic/wait and see mode. He might be another Incarcerated Bob in the end, but for now I don't mind reading what he has to say even if it's mostly because he's been one of the lone positive notes from the very start.
Curran refutes Breer's opinion today.
They’ve talked to enough people. At the owner’s meetings, I asked someone who would know what the holdup was. They said, “You figure they’d talk to the backup quarterback, right? Well, they’re talking to the backup quarterbacks from years ago too.” I don’t know if that was apocryphal or not, but I’ve heard the investigators have been through Foxboro more than once. Anybody who touched the footballs or knows the people who touched the footballs has been subjected to metal chair under a single naked lightbulb-type questioning.

Bill Nye the Science guy hasn't been interviewed to my knowledge
Are you serious, because he was. He's a freakin seahawks fan [his comedy show was based there]. He gave some lame condemnation of BB with no reasoning, then admitted he was all in on the hawks anyway.
I actually don't blame him. If I was a fake scientist and some ignoramuses wanted to interview me I would say the other side was all crooks and it was scientifically provable. Gotta route for the home team.
Right there with you, bud.Uggghhhh.
You can't imagine how many times I've seen some Steeler fan idiot post this on their social media site. All I kept hearing and seeing that first week were articles about how "Bill Nye the science guy has proven the Patriots' guilt."
I don't mean to wish our exoneration for selfish reasons of my own, but boy would it be nice to throw some good news back in those Iron City beer drinking bastards' faces.

Every scientist in the world could have backed BB's explanation (and practically have), but the haters will point out that one dissenting opinion as the ultimate proof of guilt.
I don't know how this refutes Breer's statements. Nowhere does Curran say they are not investigating the league or the Colts. Only that Wells is being thorough in interviewing everyone about everything. In fact, you can argue that this supports Breer's statements in that they are looking at everything with a fine tooth comb which means that they are going to look at everything from start to finish including the league and the Colts (Curran's source said they are looking at anyone who touched the footballs which means Kensil, the refs, the Colts' equipment manager, possibly Grigson). I think you can argue this helps to support Breer's assertion that there will be a significant portion about the league and/or Colts.
Curran really says nothing to confirm or refute Breer. In fact, he never addresses specifically where the league is looking into the League or the Colts. All Curran talked about is how deep they have looked at the Patriots. But based on Curran's comments, it is safe to infer that Wells is look at the league and Colts and everything leading up to the game carefully.
The only person this article refutes is Sharks of Vegas who maintains that the Wells report was always mostly about the league and the Colts which clearly isn't the case. I still expect a very detailed part of the Wells investigation dealing with the League and the Colts and what Kensil and Grigson knew and did prior and during the game. Curran kinda supports Breer on this.
BTW, based on the questions Curran lists in this article that he hopes the Wells' report answers, he is at least hopeful that Breer is right and the Wells did a detailed investigation on Kensil and Grigson.
