Sources familiar with the league office's thinking believe Saints 1st round pick could be headed to the Patriots which in turn will go along with the Patriots 1st round pick to the Jets. Sean Payton and Robert Kraft to be suspended a year at least. More to come.

Instead of building through the draft they are basically right where they began a few years ago when they opted for a new approach after spending sprees left little or no depth.

I think this is great. Hopefully, the world gets to see how petty the Jets are and starts to see SpyGate and DeflateGate as just sour grapes creations of a bitter rival who spends their time looking for ways to tarnish the Pats success versus making their own. Jets out the Pats for SpyGate knowing they had done the exact same thing the year before. Former Jets' Kensil sets up a sting operation for DeflateGate and fails. Now, Jets file ridiculous tampering charges that have zero basis because they know that they actually tampered. I would hope Goodell sets an example of the Jets the same way he did of the Pats many years ago. If he doesn't, I would be disappointed if Kraft doesn't gather owners loyal to him and fire the biased Jets fan.

What Woody Johnson did was as deliberate as it gets, it wasn't a " slip of the tongue " he was the one behind shipping Revis to Tampa and he was the one who blocked him m from going back to NJ IN 2014, he wanted to make certain that Revis knew he wanted him back before the Patriots re-signed him. Once he announced that the Patriots had no shot at Revis.

I mean after this incident is resolved Ivan. Calm down. I'm just anticipating tweaks to the rules because it involves us.

They change the rules to combat us because we win. They'll get them changed again because they can't stop us. Always one step behind.

Could it be that it's a CLEVER deliberate move to delay the ruling past THIS year's draft (6th pick) into 2016?
Jets figure they're gonna lose their #1 but want to postpone it because they think than can maneuver to get one of the QBs this year?

I do not believe this but it is "possible" given Woody & Co's mentality or lack of same.

Honestly though, I think this is more like a child yelling "No YOU!" and sticking his tongue out.

Some of your points haven't proven to be fact yet, although there is certainly enough evidence to be suspicious.

Still, you have absolutely captured the tenor of the Rats envy of the Pats and their petty attempts to bring discredit on the Pats.

The Pats have been in seven Superbowls since the 1996 season, and in three of them, there were pre-game distractions that the Pats had to deal with that increased the difficulty factor for the Pats, and there is at least circumstanial evidence of a rodent connection with each distraction.

In 1996 the Pats had a compromised HC in Parcells who the Rats tampered with.

In 2007 we had the whole Spygate issue instigated by the Rats, and a report out of NY two days before the Superbowl that Jon Tomasse took and ran with.

In 2014 we had Deflategate, and it appears it may have been an attempted sting involving Mike Kensil.

How many other Superbowl participants had even one pre-game distraction to deal with, let alone three?

You said neither team will get a draft pick, there was no specific mention of the 6th pic. The Pats will get something, but not number 6. And the Jets will get nothing because Kraft was refering to Revis in the past tense, Woody was using the future tense.

I am so tired of reading the crap put out by the Jets about the tampering. The Jets organization is a disgrace within the NFL and Woody Johnson is a classless ***hole. I want the opening season game against them and I want to hear BB say to the team Kick ***, take no prisoners and shoot the wounded: win by 50+ points.

The crux, the CENTRAL problem we, and all fans of all the other teams in the league face is..this league is run by JET CENTRIC demagogues, i.e. Roger Goodell and Mike Kensil today, and every decision, every ruling, every exercise in supposed impartial judgment is in fact TAINTED by the SEVERE BIAS these NY centric weasels bring into play. End of story. The owners need to flush all vestiges of Jet influence in the league offices down the sewer where they belong. Until this scurrilous Jet infestation is eradicated, we will be subjected to more of their subjective, ill willed, uninterrupted attacks and unfettered attempts to destroy our franchise and our fanbase.

They will announce all the punishments before the draft. They won't let it go beyond the draft. Based on what Goodell said today, I don't expect this week. I am am expecting net Friday at 5PM (Good Friday).
