I just wanted to take a quick moment to remind you all that our beloved Patriots won the Super Bowl a mere 46 days ago. I haven't stopped enjoying that yet and it still hits me randomly and I think to myself: "**** yeah!"

I read that Brandon Browner took the Lombardi Trophy with him, so last year doesn't count. Should've paid him the option.

I enjoyed last year.....it was awesome

I know I will enjoy next year.....it will be awesome regardless of outcome......although winning another SB would be a little more awesome.

any griping has to do with decisions being made relative to decision I hope they would make.....

no complaints about revis/browner......I realized from before signing with the Jets that he wasn't coming back.......

I would have liked to have wilfork back, but other than that..........I think the product we are going to see next year at least will be different and exciting.....and hopefully a winner

It's so easy to take things like the success of this team for granted.

Only two years ago, a lot of people, myself included, were looking at the 49'ers and drooling. Monster defense, 15 draft picks, sky's the limit.

Two years ago.

Wait, what? I shut the SB off with 30 seconds left and haven't watched TV or used the internet since, much too painful. ;)

I almost actually did that. Almost. OK, I looked through my splayed fingers. :p

Yeah, but we're having the worst offseason in the history of football, so that doesn't matter anymore. ;)

Truth. Offseason championships are much better than Super Bowls.

You win the offseason championship, you have until October at the earliest to lord it up. That's at least seven months of enjoyment until you're waiting for next year.

You win the Super Bowl, its mere weeks until next year starts, when offseason playoff contenders start overpaying for your talent and you fall behind in the offseason standings.

Give me the offseason contender every time. That's who I want to root for. The timing of the year-round NFL season makes that much more enjoyable.

but but..we didn't sign any big name players yet!

I am still living off the high from the SB win. FA as a pats fan...you should know what to expect most of the time
