And has now happened twice. Once on my iphone at work. And when i just clicked the thread on my ipad?
Maybe you clicked on your favorites by mistake?

You didn't listen, and now you've been warned twice. Next time it's a phone call to mommy, and I know you don't want that.
Uh-oh. Internet tough guy coming!

I got virus warnings a couple of times earlier today

Do players need to be medically cleared to be on the sidelines? I see players in street clothes and crutches at almost every game on TV. They don't look like they're even cleared to walk, yet.

For the Patriots yes, other teams might deviate.. even when Brady was recovering he was not allowed on the sidelines... do not recall another Pats player who was on IR on the sidelines prior to Mayo.

I believe the standard for the Pats is that a player need to be medically cleared..

I know he's a leader and a great guy, but that just seems like far too much money for his production level. He's been in the middle of some very bad defenses and made some tackles, but I don't see any way you can justify giving him that kind of money.

If you listen to BB he is much more than as you describe, unfortunately he has had a couple of injuries lately. When healthy he is very productive...

I think it's good that the Patriots give Ninkovich a pay raise. Because it shows that if you sign a contract that's good for what you do at that time, and then work your ass off, even if you probably will be past the good contract age when your current contract is up, then the team will reward you anyway. This is a team that isn't afraid to let players go that maybe gets payed more because of their name and past play than because of their current play(Mankins, Wilfork, etc). But it's also a team that rewards players that work their ass off.
So much for the "Kraft is cheap" argument. The Pats have restructured Vollmer's contract to make it possible for him to reach incentives that would have been difficult under the original terms, and have increased the salaries of practice squad players who have worked hard. I see the Ninkovich increase in line with the policy of rewarding hardworking players who are (relatively) underpaid.

BUT HOW WILL THEY PAY HIGHTOWER, JONES AND SOLDER NOW?

For one troll, bb would NEVER handicap the team by paying for one player, or multiple players above their worth, IE vereen and Revis.

But since your a bitter fella that thinks he knows how to run a team better then bb, calls for him to be drug tested, yet they won the super bowl and have had an unprecedented run of success. But somehow you get satisfaction from trolling and belittling people because you feel superior.

I have no problem with the Patriots rewarding Ninkovich. He's an excellent and productive footballer under appreciated by the wider NFL community.

With all the snaps he's played in the past couple of years, it's money well-earned.
One of the things that irks me Deus is sure, the Patriots are cutthroat with players as they enter twilight years but reworked deals that reward players are chronically overlooked, even glossed over by the media. The Patriots pay for performance but you wouldn't know it.

Have we seen the structure of the deal? Has Miguel weighed in on cap consequences?

If the Pats have to spend a bunch of cash this year, wouldn't it make sense to front-load deals on some of the more dependable players to try to free up cap over the next couple of years?

They do it sometimes. They don't do it sometimes. But, for the purposes of this thread, I'm just glad that they came through for Ninkovich.

I just really hope they aren't thinking about punting on this year to free up cap space over the next couple seasons. The Drive for Five has a very short window.

I highly doubt that. I believe the business plan has always been to compete every year.

What the hell are we planning to do with all this cap space? Mayo's restructure will probably put us back to 12 million under.

Maybe give contract extensions to Hightower and Jones... Unless, of course, you think they don't deserve them....

Jones needs to show more to warrant a big extension.

Clicked on this thread and went straight to adult friend finder. Is that supposed to happen?

Until Tom Brady proves otherwise, the Patriots window is open every year.
